Hi Ann, Oh wow the opening is sooo Wes Anderson style. Add some yellowish warmer tone, symetrical composition, and step down the fps, voila Wes Anderson cinema style. Bogor/Puncak always nice, but can't stand the traffic. The only time I enjoyed the traffic was on pandemic era, lived there for a couple of weeks because of the job. For me the tea plantation garden area always gives wonderful views especially at night with unlimited stars in the sky and city lights below. Happy weekend Ann, and enjoy the empty city (at least in the some part) on the weekend because we celebrate Eid this time around.
Wow thank you for the high praise! But I don't think I'm that great haha. Maybe the scenery was just really beautiful and gave off that kind of feeling! I absolutely loved Anderson's movie "The Grand Budapest Hotel", I watched it once and it left a lasting impression on me. The perfectly balanced still shots were absolutely stunning! Ramadan is almost over and we've planned our holiday accordingly, so we won't be in Jakarta. Hope you have a happy and blessed end to your Ramadan holiday! Always thank you Umar Abidin🩵😊
Puncak Bogor is a favorite tourist destination for DKI Jakarta residents to get away from the noise of the capital on weekdays. But it is not recommended to go there during long holiday dates. Just tired on the road because of the long traffic jam😭
Yeah, you're right. One time we were on the road, but had to turn back 'cause of some unexpected traffic... Thankfully, this time we left JKT at 7 and arrived at the first spot before 9 am. Maybe it's 'cause of Ramadan? Anyway, thanks for watching and commenting all the time. Much love! 🩵🩵🩵
