I have finally seen a true repair hack. Something in the universe has happened!
Most practical thing I've seen on a RUclips short in years
Wow, thanks my friend 👋🤝 This is really important to me ❤️
@@Simple_Creativeliterally I thought this was gonna be another stupid idiotic RUclips short life hack but I was like wow fair enough that is great
@@Simple_CreativeI guess that was sarcasm :)
Thanks for the tip. Got the same issue with rear brake cable.
Heat shrink the end works very good
The marine heat shrink with glue inside works well.
Name of that' sleeves ..Self adhesive
Bro you're so ultra clever man! 👏
Wow, thanks bro 🤝👋❤️❤️❤️
Oh, hell. I'm going to do this on more than just bike brake cables.
😢 great idea thanks for sharing😂!!!❤
I don't know if this comment is kinky or if it is just my dirty mind...
@@Sean-os2peHe didn't post the video!
@TheClimberbob1 no he shared his thoughts on it

🙏👋🤝❤️❤️❤️
I feel like going back to 2015 after watching this video
😮
Must have been 12 years of my life. I got stung by that thing. Never thought to even try to fix it. I did cut it shorter
I didn't even cut it what's the purpose of that tho?
Me too
@@viralviruz8694what do you mean what’s the purpose, it’s the brake line🤦🏾♂️
Im ready for all the bike repair professionals, electricians and plumbers comments now
I did bike repair for about 6 years professionally. Never seen this before but it’s a damn good idea
@@nicopaoletti3501came to say this. Usually you can twist em back by hand but this is cool
No worries there,, They'll be Swarming in with their ( Better) ways of doing it 😊
Nah that’s smart
They make crimp ends for that
I’m disliking for the sole purpose of me not ever thinking of this before. lol
Very smart, wish I've knew this on younger days 😢😢.
Crazy when common knowledge passes as a "hack" these days.
Thank You 😊 This Really Worked Flawlessly. The Most Useful Short Ever Of This Year.
You're welcome my friend 👋🤝 I'm glad you liked it 👍❤️
Soldering iron also, can be used....
yeah. and they could have replaced the cable, but that wasn't the point.
If he doesn't have it. He had to use other way
Doesn't work. Bcz its very hard metal lead couldn't past upon that part
He already has the zip tie out.
You will need other things, electricity, soldering iron, soldering stand, soldering lead😂 😂
Holy shit 😂 this is great thank you I'm going to use this now 💪
that's exactly what I said ... holy shit
Check the points where the cable is tightened. If they are frayed, the cable is getting closer to breaking. Also for the end staying in place - there are cable caps that exist exactly for this purpose. But if it's still a good cable, sure, this might fix it.
Sekian lama nya baru tahu, ada ide baru lebih praktis merapikan nya Terima kasih thanks
Gen X'er here born in 1972. Spent my entire childhood riding bikes and that would've been the greatest hack ever!!!
Finally something practical in a RUclips Short!!!
But about 40 years to late lol, I was turning them with vice grip heating it and some lead, it never loosen or broken after that, this trick is much simpler and fast.
"You mean to tell me for 40 years!"
Nejlépe zacínovat.
Jesus.
This may be the most impressed iv been this year.
I'm gobsmacked.

Bike repair shop owner for 30+ years. Please don't do this as it'll render your brakes useless and your front wheel could fall off.
I’ve been in the industry for 145+ years never had a wheel fall off from that
Luar biasa..ini mmg sering terjadi dan akhirnya menemukan caranya..good good good 👍👍👍
I needed this hack so badly about 40 years ago.
Still useful AF 👍🏻
Very smart! I have met this problem for years, but it will cost a band each time. And a proper End cover is better!! I even have two Titanium Balls with a locking bolt, for the purpose, on my one, expensive bike.
👍👋🤝❤️❤️❤️
Great hack for daddy’s to impress their kids.. I can hear it already
“My daddy knows everything!” 😂
I was the unofficial bike mechanic in my neighborhood growing up and this was really cool. Hard to thread frayed cables into brakes and keepers etc.
👍👋🤝
Damn. That's gangsta and simple as hell! Good job, big homie!!
Thanks bro 👋🤝 I'm glad you liked it 😊❤️
Wow this is actually helpful.
I'm glad you liked it 👋🤝❤️
Excelente.. !! entre más se vive.. más se aprende.
💯👍🤝❤️❤️❤️
What he did, was actually more difficult than simply twisting the wires by hand, and then curving them in
You lucked out and did an actually decent life hack
Oh thanks 🤗🤝❤️❤️❤️
Good idea!
Hilarious sound effects! 😂
Wow! That's really good!
Good idea i needed already.😂
You know !!! I could have used that Amazing idea 45 years ago. Thank you.
That is actually so smart, I’m impressed
Você é um gênio!
Ah, obrigado 🤗 estou satisfeito ☺️❤️❤️❤️
So finally we are here we have found the most valuable short to help us😊
Crimp a ferrule on the end.
Do this is more fun
Finally !
A repair hack I will use someday!!
That is a very useful and good idea.
Thanks my friend 🤝👋❤️
@@Simple_Creative you are welcome
I'm in awe! I have dealt with frayed wires constantly and this is a brilliant fix!
👋🤝❤️
Still an awesome hack!!!
Brings back happy memories from the 70's
It looks too good to be real
Probably best to bend it out of the way
This is solved all the world's problems
Take the pin out of an appropriately sized rivet, place rivet head over end, crimp :) just thought of this then, would last rather than plastic
This is actually amazing, first short tip I will actually use.
Actually a decent life hack ...well done!
This is the first ever serious short ive watched😂
Now that is genius. Thank you have a great day.
Thanks my friend 👋🤝❤️
The gap won't be that small, brother, it won't be able to turn that low.
Very practical. You just earned a subscriber.
Thank you my friend and welcome 👋🤝❤️

Finally someone shows an easy and practical tip that I can put to use.
This life hack deserve an award...
Very simple idea but very effective.
one of the best life hacks I've ever been.
There are two devices already available in the market to do this job - one is called a human hand and the other is called a pliers!
Simply magnificent. You made my day even if it's not something I'm going to use immediately, they're one of the things worth seeing and learning. Thank you
"Wow, this was super helpful! Thanks for sharing! 🙌"
Thanks, Bruv! Now I can fix the tips of my shoestrings!!
RUclips algorithm is 12 years late.
10 out of 10,Easy and fast way of securing a cable's ending, we'll done.
Thanks for the heads-up! Very useful.
Very clever, usually I comee up with instant ideas too, on the cheap and poor side.
Awesome hack! 👍🏻
now u hav me a new subcriber😅
I'm very pleased ☺️👍 Welcome 🤝👋❤️
20 years work with this cable rope, this video make me feel ....
Or use a drill, that will get them mechanically tight
Now that's how satisfying video look like
I just twist them back by hand.
Melting the plastic on the end is very clever indeed!
Very nice never thought about that That's a very simple very easy method to keep your cables from being frayed and yes having to be replaced
👋🤝❤️❤️❤️
The most practical thing i've seen on RUclips 😁
Since i've been watching some stupid and non sense lifehack
First time see useful life hack
10 seconds crafts but actually useful
*SKILLS,* man!!! THANKS for this!!
Nice, in the 90s I used rubber bands.
Ok that’s actually a pretty impressive trick for fixing a frayed cable like that, actually going to note that one down
Ok. 1 life hack I actually like.
