- Trying to beat the S License with tuned cars with 12000bhp, 0kg, and custom gear ratios.
I tried to do double the bhp as the last video(would of been 16000bhp) but I couldn't even get past the first test using my controller. Might have another attempt at trying 16000bhp with a wheel to see if it's more driveable.

It seems that having a 0 kg car is a nightmare instead of a blessing. Look how the car slides like crazy.

How a 0kg car can stay into the ground ? Does Gravity earth have also an effect for an object who weight 0kg ?

Cheat engine, I had the power band for the VW beetle from a race, searched for the same values in the B1 test, then had all the values for all the license test power band.
Can you do the same for the NTSC version of the game?
Maybe try this get both money address both region then minus off to get converted hex number and use pal address “- or +” converted hex number to get ntsc money. If they same address just try your luck if can be done in ntsc I haven’t tested on gt3 but gt4 I done it before which is hybrid table.
GT4 CE hybrid table only have ntsc but converted it to ntsc-k all the original values are there one thing to note is converting address the values are not the same might need to do a search w/ the original value from the region to another region
