    Jas Hawker was a Member at the Red Arrows between 2000 - 2002, And he also was the Leader of the Red Arrows between 2007 - 2009. He was very Friendly when i saw him at the Airshows, Nowadays Jas Hawker is a Instructor at the Shorts Tucano at RAF Linton on Ouse. He is a Former Tornado GR.4 Pilot, Greetings from Germany!

    I love your videos, thank you for archiving the experiences these men and women have gone through. You're the only one taking the initiative to record these interviews and reach out to these people, which is nothing to sneeze at. I do have one question, though. Is it intentional that the questions in each video are fairly similar?
    It seems like there's a format and you stick to it, and I was wondering if you've considered "spicing things up" so to speak and trying some new formats. You do a great job giving your interviewees space to go off on tangents, but I think there's some room for improvement in the depth of the questions.
    That said, I don't want to make it seem like I think the current format is bad. For instance, I think it could be really fun to get two guys together and interview them at the same time - watching those old codgers bounce stories off each other is always good fun. I'm sure you're familiar with the fighter pilot podcast. I wonder if you could partner with them and have some interesting discussions? Just something to think about - thanks again for your work!
