The Cdp vs Sapkowski case that you probably have on mind wasn't a simple matter like most people speculate. Noone knows the details hidden in many contracts one side had with another except the sides themselves and their lawyers. One thing is certain.. Sapkowski is no dummy. He was acting within the boundaries of Polish law and from what i know both sides were more or less content with the agreement they reached.

Please be aware that some people learn by different methods which aren't text based. In fact, there are several different learning methods (visual, kinesthetic, aural), and this is why a lot of people struggle to read and get left behind in school, because education establishment uses the text method for about 90% of its curriculum. It's not becasue they are stupid, but it's like asking a fish, an elephant, and a monkey to climb a tree. The elephant and fish aren't stupid, the circumstances are just unfair for their needs. Books aren't the only pathway to knowledge.
@@Syklonus I'm aware and also curious you want to open this topic here (I guess this is getting constant views though), even beyond the learning methods variety, there are individuals with different capabilities ( hearing or visually impaired for instance) and education reforms should include them as well.
Now, as a mexican girl, I can tell you all of these changes could not be further away from coming true in some countries and are only one of the reasons for both economic and social decline here. Still, it's like expecting the same aesthethic from every artist or forcing the same model for entrepeneurial ventures... Which I get is highly unfair but from where I'm standing reading should always be encouraged - not forced- and books are in fact plenty people's favorite path to either learning or joy (from where my comment is coming to be clear).

As Superman he had to look buff, but as a secret agent in MI:6 or in this case a witcher he had to seriously improve his agility, speed and core muscles.

From what I can tell with just the pages opening to the book, it is from Orbit Books. When you search for both Witcher and orbit books, they are all illustrated front and back. No fancy leather bound book. I'm sure Netflix had the costume designers make a custom set.

Okay, HC is skilled at acting, but is also a regular bloke, sweet, quite good sense of humour, much like the rest of us, the book reading was well done, but don't read too much into HC. In my opinion HC personally is uncomplicated, loves having fun, is rather joyful, is happy as he goes, enjoys acting and doing the best he can for each role without taking himself too seriously. I look forward to seeing him perform in more of the Witcher series. I never noticed him until he played the role of Geralt and had long white hair and had this rock star vibe going on. HC is lovable, Geraldt is unearthly manly and he provides a strong safe persona for fans of the series to traverse the Witcher Universe on.

I'm actually reading the book while listening to this. Amazing. Watching his face, there is a constant smile playing around his mouth and a twinkle in his eye as he brings Geralt off the page and into reality. Love this.

@@ememembalism11 He fixes this (after the first two short story books I believe) Once they dive into the main series it is pronounced correctly. If you haven't kept going you absolutely should! It's well worth it

Mister Ious GOT also only screwed up when they started deviating from the book, and then even more when they caught up with the books and had to start making shit up. The show has one thing got didnt have, a clear and finished book series, lets hope they can adapt it without pulling a GOT

I absolutely love the reading and to hear the actor who plays the Witcher reading it is such a wonderful idea. His voice is so soothing and he speaks so well with great enthusiasm. I really hope he continues to make more. I would absolutely LOVE ❤️😍 to hear him read the whole book. I'd wait for it like most wait for following episodes on Netflix hahaha!
