  • 303 with a few modifications runs a 4 row head. quick attach feederhouse and 843 head. Hydrostatic drive. 23.1-26 tires. 8 lug on rear 11L 16s.

    If you shopped carefully you could almost buy that rig for the price of a tank of fuel on a new one. I ran a 715 with a four row corn head. It was fun.

    Is that still a C263? Or did they upsize engines with the hydrostat?

      Originally the 303 is a c221, except the very first ones were the BD221 truck engine. This 303 has had a C263 swapped to it.

      Is the 4 row as rare as what I am thinking it is?
      I own a IH 303 that is operational but only a two row corn head and a 13’ grain head.
