    Once again chris nails it. It’s SO hard to hire people and let go of some of the control. Something I’m really going to push myself to do in 2022.

    I think its a good idea. I have found its becoming harder to get a art project done correctly because you can't get the right team. This way we get art teams out there that can build their experience together. Making them more effective

    Wouldn't it hurt you and them if you asked them for a full-time opportunity? If they decided to leave, they may or may not work with you again. It could limit them in their freedom.
