Jazz, from the Ground Up - 2-year follow up 04 | 爵士由地至上 - 兩年後跟進04

Follow up with Paul and Carrie, Yung Hing Lung Noodle Shop.
As part of the "Jazz Letter to Hong Kong" project, we go back to each of the locations to see how they are fairing 2 years on.
The main objective of the project, nevertheless, is a publication of music, in the form of a USB Thumbdrive package, that is freely available at the various locations mentioned in the project (and don't forget to give them your support!)
