- Forty-six-year-old Christine Ricci is accused of violently murdering her 51-year-old husband, Michael Ricci, after the two got into a heated argument. Michael Ricci was allegedly experiencing manic episodes in the week leading up to the deadly altercation. Christine Ricci claims the stabbing was in self-defense after he allegedly lunged at her, lodging the knife in his chest. Their 16-year-old child called 911 and Christine Ricci was arrested. First responders said Michael, a Boston firefighter, had been stabbed in the heart. Christine faces trial for murder.

Didn’t she have a child out of an affair? Did Mike forgive her and accept the child as his own??? Extremely selfish and took the life of a Great Father 🥲
What responsible loving parents shares soooo much adult stuff with children? Obviously they see a lot living in hostile environment - sharing EVERYTHING is beyond parent-child boundaries. 💔💔💔

The defense lawyer continues to insist that no evidence or witnesses be admitted into the trial. I've never seen an attorney object so much about everything. For example there are three wounds no matter what he tries to argue and defensive wounds on the hands - all of which he objected to.
Dude drives me crazy. Imagine being married to this guy! He argues about EVERYTHING! Half entire day are sidebars - cause defense objects & asks for hundreds of sidebars! 🤪😜
And may I add… how controlling is he? NEVER lets other attorney handle witnesses.

I feel so sorry for Michael Jr. Having to go all through this again...so painful for him.
He is handling this very well as a witness. Not letting the defense influence or "trick" him into admitting anything he was leading on.
He called his mother the defendant unlike her other children. Alot of anger there.

If Christine couldn't get past his 6 week fling, she should have just divorced him instead of dedicating her life to make her husband and children miserable. She obsessed about it and ranted about it till it overtook her and landed her where she is.

Defence can’t manipulate this son into saying yes, yes yes to his narrative like Angel. It’s clear he moved out because he’s mother was a psycho.
It is a real shame Mike Sr. did not have the guts to move out like Mike Jr. did. He had Major Depresion like a lot of others, nothing else.
I feel like she went for the knife, stabbed him 1st in the shoulder, he turned around and she stabbed him in the chest.

After seeing his hands I think she was just going to keep poking him with the knife,he's his hands up trying to protect himself.i think he walked away got hit on the back of arm first,he turned around and she went straight to the heart I think

Psychosis refers to a collection of symptoms that affect the mind, where there has been some loss of contact with reality. During an episode of psychosis, a person’s thoughts and perceptions are disrupted and they may have difficulty recognizing what is real and what is not.

It’s proper to avoid speaking objections as much as possible.
Besides all of Christine's personality issues, why does she take college courses to help Mike, Sr? Find him an AA group, attend all the meetings and socials gatherings? First I thought she doesn't trust him, he may meet a woman there. Now I wonder if she made him out to have memory loss, alcoholism, mental episodes, etc because she wanted things to fix about him, like a Munchausen By Proxy person. She was the main contributor to his issues, yet wanted to save him from being her own creation? He learned to tune her out, and she just could not stand his lack of reaction.
Maybe it was more to analyze herself. Not uncommon.
I think he came up with the memory loss, alcoholism etc to use as an excuse for having an affair. So she said if u want to stay together you need treatment etc. And she believed it because that was easier than believing there was something wrong with the marriage.

What hit me the hardest was the photo of his hand. The hand that held his children, that held his wife in better days...if I were her I would have lost it at that sight.
Michael Jr is doing a great job. When the defense says yeah after a question is answered. It drives me nuts 😂
It was extreme atrocity . When she stabbed Michael in the heart she kept digging in puncturing holes in his heart so it wasn't just one it was multiple Perforations 😢 with one stab but digging in that's Atrocious. Cold blooded also I believe her daughter Sophia really knows more . Im speculating.

They had a problem with audio of the prosecutors being overheard, so they cut it out until they fixed it.

This trial was in sidebar more than witness testimony. I don’t think this approach is positive for the jury - leans to thoughts that they can’t understand, handle, etc. Attorneys should work out issues before testimony.

This case is so sad ! 😢Christine was so eaten up with jealousy and she hated the thought of her husband betraying her so she took matters into her own hands ! 😮 Her own kids struggled with the toxic behaviors in their home and appeared to be very uneasy at the home!! I think the Jury's will find her guilty! Now her kids will have lost both parents!! 😮😢 💔 Being angry and stabbing your husband is not a reasonable thing to do when it takes a life !!

The medical examiner was terrible! She barely explained anything and she was not articulate at all. Worse medical examiner testimony I’ve ever seen

He wasn’t even an alcoholic. She told him that he was one and he went along with her to try to make up for his adulterous affair😢
