This doctor's attitude need to be contagious to other doctors. Great bed side manners Michigan could use a doctor like you !!
I had trauma to my little toe few months ago. There's no pain or discomfort but I do know it's on the verge of needing to be removed. The bruising beneath the toe nail is very apparent. Thought about doing it myself for the last few days. Glad I came across this video.
I had one of these surgeries a few months ago but I decided to watch these videos at 3 am
thank you for sharing *[2-Thumbs-Up]*
I think you're FABULOUS!
I'm so happy this never happened to me
Just found your channel today because of Dr Carlo Oller, edexitvideo. I love his channel and am looking forward t o following you too!
+Ladybug Grandma thank you. It's great to have viewers of Dr. Oller's channel look at our material. I hope you enjoy/learn from the interesting cases our patients share.
an English anvil might have been nice to use. does he have a spur pushing the nail up?
Awesome!!!!!
Glad you like it
I do!!! I'm a future er nurse so enjoy this stuff. And I'm excited on the collaboration with edexit
Great!
Please thank your colleague Carlo Oller for a new sub.
ouch!
I've had both my toe nails removed the whole thing and the nail bed burned but I don't understand why my doctor sewed both sides of my skin together ??
Sometimes I feel like I have a weak pain tolerance, but then I remember that I once tore my toenail off completely with pliers just because.
+Emilee Bowman Fortunately the pain tolerance for that is so low that it could also be considered an itch. You were lucky.
i had this done and it HURT
Procedure look very well done and all, but is the noise @ 3:40 meant to be normal, it just sounds as if the nail wasn't cut down far enough and was ripped out perhaps?
He bumped into the paper drape
I am both fascinated and mildly horrified by the toenail removals. I love medical procedures, but there is something about seeing them loosening the nail that really wigs me out!
Thumbs up for him saying he wanted to kick for the 49ers!!!
Every other time I've seen these procedures done they always wrap a band around the toe I've never seen it done like this
+Silvia Latoni wrapping a Penrose drain around the toe decreases bleeding.
hellllooooo nurse!
anything else?
How do you get that
+GIGI HADID Grown toenails occur when the toenail is cut too short and some trauma occurs to the toe near the nail edge. The soft tissue then swells. The nail continues growing, but it grow straight into the swollen tissue, cutting into it.
+Auburn Medical Group can a young person get it and I always cut way too short - better stop now
+GIGI HADID great vid
It occurs in all ages.
Thank you.
