  • Amazing psych two-sider (I have posted the flip side as well). Just listen to the lyrics and the amazing feeling they've managed to capture.
The singer was originaly from New Zeeland, hence the accent. Mystery solved. The rest were young Swiss kids, 18 and younger. One is apparently dead after drug problems, the singer has vanished (probably gone back to NZ), one is still playing music... and the man behind it all was 18 when he started the label to release this 45. The group was a trio, with the kid who ran the label on production and bongos.
If you collect this kind of stuff on 45 - send me a message, as I quite often have similar records or spares for trade etc... If you played in the band or know a band member - please let me know. If you have the record at home and it's nothing you need to keep - please let me know. Thanks!
All soundfiles are taken from the record depicted.
    Enjoy!

This song is literally the definition of deep psych. 200 years from now, it will stand out in the minds of historians as the pinnacle of its genre.

What a track ! Check out "Heavenly Club" by Les Sauterelles for more Swiss psychedelia. This has a Rolling Stones "Aftermath" vibe mixed with The Outsiders (Holland) with dashes of Jason Crest's "Black Mass".

Make me always instantly think of all the occult wave and trend that were hyped through the end of 60's, 70's with Crowley, Gardner,Sanders and the Magic of countryside around Europe and America and all those noble rich families who make it for fun in private grotesque party cause it was a fashion thing during those times. A song to listen in night at the highgate cemetery all psyched out during the 70's waiting and lurking in the shadows to see some fucked up occult sect doing some fucked up things at night you know. A pure hallucinogenic bliss.
