I don’t mind MPJ but he’s still a third option. Not good off the bounce and best operating off the ball, there will be a learning curve with him and he will be a worse defender and connector than Tobias Harris is even if he is a more of a sure shot. No to Poole, LaVine or anyone derailing Ivey’s continued growth. You can’t beat having 22yr old Ivey and 23 yr old Cunningham getting this invaluable experience together how Tatum and Brown were able to. Remember SGA was averaging over 20ppg for almost five seasons and they stood Pat cycling through flexible contracts and vets who helped to facilitate the progress of the main players like CP.
I don't really think trading for a guard to start next to Cade makes any sense. You're making a marginal improvement over Ivey but not addressing the real weakness of the team which is 4 and 5, while you're giving up assets and tying yourself to mediocre players for 2-3 years.
That's, ummmm, not a problem. That's a feature rather than a bug. Langdon is tanking, as he should: there's just not enough here. Blame Weaver, as always.
Why create trades that send out assets which is the opposite of the FO actions to this point and stated goals. Oh wait these are trades fans would be interested not Trajan Langdon.
@23spartanman you keep talking about sending out 2nd round picks to get guys that are on neutral to negative value contracts that are often injured. This is the exact opposite of what Trajan has talked about doing.
@@user-bj2ug1cy9m trajan has gone on record saying if there is an opportunity to make this team better, he would. That being said, this video is about realistic trades we'd like to see or that we think make sense. I even said in the video, I expect them to more likely just eat salary for a few more 2nd round picks
Why in fuck would ANYONE want Jordan Poole?!?!? They would have to give me two firsts for me to even consider it, and they're not gonna do that, so they're stuck with him.
@@scottwickett1273 don't really understand the hate for Weaver especially when there developing . Then you want to trade good young players because Weaver drafted and some he didn't Holland the dark house of the draft and you idiots want to trade him can't believe you even watch the games.
@scottwickett1273 yeah that sounds like you're opinion. You gotta remember his job was to tank you stable genius. Then it's the hiring of Monty buy Gore not Weaver then the owner put a freeze on free agency after he over pays a good for nothing coach . Ownership was sabotaging since Jerami Grant, they had piece that fits and ownership let's him go . Far as his draft picks their not all going to workout and we got f by the NBA. Congratulations on your Pistons sponsored trip to Detroit! I’m very happy for you! 🏀

The Wizards deal makes no sence based on both front offices stated goals. It's a fan trade not a real deal that either GM would consider.

I agree regarding the teams biggest weaknesses for sure. They desperately need someone who can consistently score in the front court.
The problem is I don’t think they really want to make the playoffs as they lose their first round pick. That pick has been hanging over us.

Yep, I think you're correct.
Excellent show as always 👏
Thank you so much, Kyle was a great guest!
That’s not happening with the wizards are looking for draft picks for the rebuild
Love it Jack
Thanks bro!

Which assets do you think trajan is worried about losing in any of these deals?
Also, getting real NBA players is asset accumulation

If we can get Jordan Poole without sending them JI I’m very okay with that.
Nah we lost it

Duren and Sasser for Vucevic and Carter is my favorite one on this list. Run it
Love the first 2 trades, not a fan of the last 3
They need to move expring contracts, take on bad contracts for draft capital
You mean more useless second round picks?
@8581scott second round picks are extremely valuable, especially after the new CBA
Ku is a closet Troy Weaver fan, taking Jordan Foole out of Troy's hands. Can't wait to get rid of his current hate - Jalen Duren.
Duren Ron Holland for Herb jones
I'm pretty sure "closet Troy Weaver fan" is the meanest thing I have ever witnessed anyone saying about another person in any context.
