Hello Sarah, happy new year. I'm with you about being just as excited to take down the Christmas decorations as I am to put them up. Would you be able to share your routines you've managed to stick to? I'm also a young mum to 3 boys currently full time at home and also am newish to realising I too have adhd. I'm in a stage where I almost feel like I'm drowning in all that's needed of me and I'm desperate to get some order. How did you finally manage to beat the chaos for the most part anyway
Yes! I for sure have some tricks up my sleeve that I’ve learned over the years, I will share them soon! Having a consistent routine keeps my adhd brain and managing the chaos on track, I’m not perfect at my routine I sometimes fall out of it, but boy is it necessary!
