Well done to James and all of your friends who helped to get your garden like this. I mean, most folk have the grass and a few plants but you've got a gym and decking area, shed to come too. Next summer will be glorious and I hope you have a garden party to celebrate. 5000+ subscribers wouldn't mind popping in for a drink with you, ha ha ha ha. Weather's not terrible yet, so maybe an evening BBQ with the other half might be fun and don't forget the candles or those lights in fancy glass jars to get the atmosphere going. Wow those are some major improvements! I suspect sometime in 2023 you'll be running a few marathons (or half-marathons) yourself. An interesting side note question to you is if you have read the literature with respect to hepatic regeneration and hypoglycemia? The key takeaway from the last decade is that inducing a state of relative hypoglycemia is the main trigger for liver regeneration and that glucose supplementation inhibits this (the biohacker's conclusion is that it may be prudent to limit free feed glucose if you are feeling hungry).
