I found a new way over! This method has been patched in two ways. The furniture stack limit was nerfed to 15, and an invisible wall was added that is about 4.5 times as high. But I used a stacking glitch that allowed me to build a massive ramp. My video doesn’t show how I did the stacking glitch because I don’t want it to get patched, but you can look up tutorials on how to do the glitch.
You can see this through the cracks in the walls - I suspect this will be a part of your lot at a later date. Along with the writ unlockable land that is between the existing area and that area.

@@faye_miss yes totally. I counted the highest possible stack of chests. Only up to 15 chests possible and less if you try to pile them on a table or wardrobe. too bad. lol

You can still stack that high, you just can't get over to the other area anymore. I just got through stacking that high, but was stopped by an invisible wall that won't let me glide all the way over. So bummed!!

I think I got stuck in that place.. I was so lost and couldn't find my way out back out ( before I knew some tricks /inbuilt game mechanics ) to get myself back home ) it's really OK no difference to anytime I go outside in the real world 🌎 pretty used to it 😅
OK but MY questions is how. Because I did the EXACT same thing. And I put my chest down that VERY edge of my plot building sectin and I have unlcoked ALL of them. But when you go into build mode, you see the grid and that's where you can place things. I even tried doing it by hitting Z to get RID of the grid and I still can't place them closer to the wall. Then I was only able to stack 15 chest high because I then got the error message stating that I couldn't stack anymore due to the fact that it wouldmake the stack too high. So you wanna explain HOW you did this? Because we ALL knew about this "secret" place. We just coudlnt' get to it. Trust me.... I did this EXACT same thing and I couldn't get to it. So how....? Because you have WAY more than 15 cgests stacked.
even after patch you should be able to build that stair case fully on your land then go into edit mode and place the base box near the edge. tricks the system.
there is actually a way to still enter this area but they made it more complicated. But yeah...THIS version doesnt work anymore. You can check out @davidpoirier8725 for a new approach to get there

We got the shortcut, but it wasn't in that space, so we'll have to see what this side are is used for when it's released.

@@faye_miss not long actually, the method is simple, it took only about 10 to 15 minutes.
You can still climb, but it's like there's a glass wall and you can't get to the other side, just enjoy the view 😅
I tried finding a way to open the crack or get around the wall but gave up, now I see a stairway built using chests was the answer. :P
But unfortunately its not possible anymore :/

The invisible wall was later added and stack limit nerfed to 15. There are still ways to get over but it’s a little more complicated.

How do you stack them that high? I can only stack 3 high
It's a bit older, maybe they fixed it. But sometimes it helps when you do a new stack and then out it on the first stack.

there is another way.. to break the invisible wall.. by stacking aquariums over the chest.. making a tower so high that u can pass the wall..

that was only patched recently.
After someone stacked like 400 fish tanks they ended up capping the stack limit =,D
