My theory: Stark bought the irreplaceable, iconic, national landmark MetLife Building, blew up the top 40 floors, and moved in to pave way for his egotistical monument! Selfish.... arggggg...
+Roland Latore Speed err, the met life building is generally agreed to be a monstrosity and new yorkers have been desiring to see it demolished since it opened. Even in 1987, a poll revealed it to be THE building most city residents wanted to see removed from their skyline. A landmark, it is not
