Look into Care Coordination from your Insurance Carrier. Also if you are on food stamps report any expenses you are paying for that aren't covered by insurance. If you don't have a Care Credit card apply for one. Any expense over 200 you can pay monthly with no finance charges. There are different arrangement plans.

BIG issue with Cash Aide is that you HAVE to pay it back. It is just a loan, not actual aide.
In Los Angeles, in order to get GR, you can't have total assets of over $100.
