Unfortunately, you can be denied serious $$$ health benefits (cancer) if you need it w/ those type of plans. Just be aware. You'd do better w/ straight Medicare/ Medicaid & a Medigap policy. It's hard to get treatments needed. You don't get all those so called "perks" for nothing. Be aware. Its also hard to change back to straight Medicare after being part of one of those programs & will charge you more for your Medicare afterward. True. Sad but true.

I'm trying to figure out, how this employment requirement works for adults, or 16 & up that is not in school is going to help in rule areas where I live that there is NO public transportation. When you have no job, no legal automobile, no family or friends to help out, how do you get to this job, after you lied and stated you have reliable transportation??? When you have no minor children in the home, where is the help for us??? Doing this is going to create perpetual criminals. You ask how? Say you have an automobile and got the job, but you can not afford registration, tags, insurance and updated drivers license, and on you way to work you get stopped by the police, they ARE towing your automobile, writing you multiple tickets, and you may even go to jail. Now if you do not go to jail, you have a fist full of tickets, no automobile and late to your employment. Will you still have a job when or if you can get to your job??? How do you pay the tickets and or get to court ???

You just described the crack that people in rural areas fall through every day. It's also the reason why many turn to drugs, it's the cause of depression. Every state has it's own rights and rules regarding social welfare, this is part of the problem. People turned down universal health coverage.
