What retinol do you use? Do you have a link?

As mentioned in the video, I use these retinol products: Avene RetrinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream, Retinaldehyde amzn.to/3TD4BtX at night, and in morning I use Avène RetrinAL Advanced Correcting Serum with Bakuchiol: amzn.to/4cgmDcR since this does not have retinol, sunlight won't render it ineefective, the bakuchiol has the same properties as retinol. All these products are somewhat pricey but you can get 20% if you subscribe to monthly shipments, or 2 times a year Avene runs 30% off sales. These are difficult to find in Ulta or any store I have been to so I order them online.

Just eat foods high in beta-carotene that are converted to retinol and take collagen supplements. The vascular dermis gets it's nutrients from blood supply. The outer layer of skin the epidermis is dead with no blood supply and is supposed to be a moisture barrier although it will absorb some fat soluble medications and nutrients it is not a great delivery method to the growing portion of skin underneath. Vitamin C as well as vitamin A is key in collagen and elastin formation from fibroblast cells. Greens like spinach are high in beta carotene as well choose orange vegetables like carrots yams and orange peppers. They have some vitamin c as well but also eat citrus fruit for vitamin C and citrate, get a little direct sun everyday without sunscreen it stimulates the skin to grow and produce vitamin D, you aren't doing any damage unless you get sun burned. We evolved and were meant to be in the sun a little everyday it stimulates skin growth and health. After 30 minutes apply sun screen or cover up if you are staying outside. Retinol(vit A) is actually converted to the light sensing pigments in the eye as well so it will improve eye health. the light absorbing properties of retinol as well as it promoting collagen formation is why it is such a great vitamin for skin protection it blocks UVB. But you have to eat it to protect the living cells in the Dermis. Stop wasting money on beauty creams that don't work. Just eat carrots! feed the skin from within and use a good lotion to seal in moisture after a shower. I use gold bond Radiance renewal. It has African shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa butter. It is thick so I apply it when my skin is still wet after a shower so it spreads easier and locks in the moisture. Our skin produces sebum but when we shower we strip our natural sebum oil away, until the body can make that layer again seal your skin with a good lotion or oil. a good light oil that spreads easy is Neutrogena sesame oil a little goes a long way. but it goes rancid fast I only used half of my previous bottle before it went rancid. Use lotion and oil on hair too each hair follicle has a sebaceous gland at the base and likes to be sealed with oil as well. if you have particularly dry patches of skin use Vaseline aka white petrolatum to seal it. if you put Vaseline on your lips before bed, in the morning your lips will be the softest and least chapped ever! provided you are adequately hydrated. drink more water and seal your skin it will fill out lines just from moisture plumping skin up! seal the skin after soaking preventing moisture loss it will plump up the skin and reduce lines and wrinkles.

One thing that I didn’t know about Costco is that if you buy something there and it has a warranty and something goes breaks. You can take the item back to Costco and they will ship it back to manufacturer for free. They also keep all of your receipts on file for you.

Usually in costco's website the shipping is sort of built into the pricing I've noticed for example vanities can be $100 more on the website than they are in the store that's because it includes the shipping

The Season Sardines are the best tasting sardines I've ever eaten. I don't need to mix 'em with anything. I just eat them out of the can and casually enjoy the savor of the flavor. I highly recommend them. ✔️

It is pretty amazing! The fan moves air quite efficiently. We love that it has a remote as well, as it is mounted very high up in the split foyer. Helps even out temperatures between the first and second floors. The lighting is beautiful too.

I just installed this light yesterday.I'm going to upload a video on it.It does not need weights and it's very stable so it's very nice light and fan. For the other kitchen light that I installed a few years ago just to search my channel for the word artika

Blow things I do with them actually sometimes when I'm making omelets I'll throw 5 slices into the omelette, the five slices is a serving size. On days where i don't feel like cooking eggs I'll just eat 5 slices along with enough chicken to give me 40 grams of protein for my breakfast meal
