It’s sad when creative people don’t like to take risks. Only being sheltered by there own pessimism. They can’t help but over think stuff and than always fall back on their cynicism. O well to each there own right.
I hope you understand that there are many reasons this is the case for people. It is often that a person who is creatively intelligent is put down by their parents because they want them to be something like a doctor or lawyer. It is also common for very creative people to be cynical because of their life at home. Take a moment to ask yourself why those you know are creative are hiding away from people. Tell that to victims of domestic abuse who were told from a young age that theyll never amount to anything. That ideaology is a luxury though, so just remember that you are very fortunate to have it work for you.
Im 13 years old and this is how I keep myself distracted from my self issues.... I sing alot and I'm pretty good at it, I love writing stories, poetry and songs and i paint and sometimes I even play instruments on my phone because I don't really have any in real life....and alot of the times I get creative ideas so I write them down before I forget it and later on I try it out.. and sometimes i even do nothing I lay in my bed binge watching old RUclips videos lmaooo😂
Everyone kind of hates, that I daydream a lot, but because of it, I created a lot of things, that my friends enjoy having. Also, that's how I actually created a club for shy introverts like me.
It just occurred to me that almost everything is creative... art, animation, web design, writing, acting, music, sculpting, architecture, interior/exterior design, gardening, textile, blacksmithing, inventing, crafting- heck, even food! Maybe humans are innately artistic irregardless of how we express our creativity. This blows my freaking mind
The universe has a funny way doing things, I'm literally working on systems to improve my creativity; imagery training, on my whiteboard 😂 perfect timing.
Man, you mentioned Kanye, that's crazy. I was just listening to Kanye and I recognized how creative he was and I was like "Damn, man. I wish I was that creative" so I looked up some videos and I stumbled upon this one.

School has killed my creativity. I used to draw, play instruments, and design shit and write but now I cant do any of that because ive been too focused on school.
Idk about anyone else, but I can say that I am a creative. Have been all my 19 years of living. Something I wanted to say is with most artist or creative's in any way, stumble upon what I like to call "the creative block". This means that for a period of time, you can't think if any ideas on what to make. Something I do to help with this is to make something anyways. I find that creative people are very kind, thoughtful and wise. Having someone like that in your life could benefit you in so many ways. Finally, don't be afraid to try something new. Get out of your comfort zone and dare to be different.
I come from a whole family of artists, each of us with their own art form. I'm the one fortunate to have more than one. The one I want to further progress is music. Sometimes I try not to ask because I get nervous, but when I do, I get some great tips and ways to get better. I do have a routine, but it's not that bad. I still have time to be creative. Being expressive is a great way for me to really put my ideas out there. I want to see the world outside my own house and city. It'll help make experiences, connections with people and help others. Observing is what I tend to do most often. I take a lot of information and just 'absorb' it all as I observe. Mindfulness helps ease into creativity through calmness. I'm aware of the risks and am willing to go all in. I can allow my mind to expand my initial thoughts. Whether staring at the ceiling or watching random vids, my mind is always in active mode. I always enjoy creating. Recipes, music, anything, so long as I can keep going.
I feel like i’m 70% introvert and 30% extrovert. I prefer being home alone listening to music and creating, but I can enjoy going to a big party or festival, or just going out in the city sometimes. However I feel like social media has taken a LOT of my free time (and study time btw), that I now have trouble to stay focused on a regular basis and that I could create much more. like when I was a child and free from all this technological environment. Does anyone feel the same thing?
Tryna be creative so I can start to be an entertainer, specifically in RUclips, twitch, and even tik tok. I know the key to being a successful entertainer is to be different but it’s pretty hard for me to come up with some cool ideas. So I’m hoping something like this video will help me out.
My dad he helped me be creative. He inspired me to play an instrument, learn new languages, learn more about art, writing, and science. He’s the best :3
Im a singer and i write stories...i love writing stories. All of these tips you named are essenstial in my everyday life. Cant go five mins without doing atleast 4 of them. Going on adventures or exploring new places is really a great way for me to people watch. And draw up story ideas with the world around me.
Here are some people I look up to: Picasso (for experimenting by breaking rules of art) Angel Ganev Sam does art Sylvester Stallone (yes, he is creative... Movie script plus he took risks)
How to be a good artist: -Be lazy and mostly spend time on electronics (dont get glasses, please.) -Then, when you get ideas or get inspired. Do art. -Say that you're going to draw daily. -Then just bail on it on the second day.
Im so jealous of people with good creativity and imaginations, its hard to enjoy drawing when i cant come up with ideas :( and im pretty good at drawing too so it feels like a waste
Gary, a truly intelligent technician from college, he always had the answers?! Whatever I wanted to build he helped me find the best way. Definitely had a great mind and knack for figuring stuff out.
Dudeee whenever I actually try getting ideas they just never come, but they just pop out of the blue every time like while taking a shower or before I sleep
I usually look up to people who solo things such as art and piano. I’ve always wanted to be a good pianist but i can never find the right moment to ask for lessons
@@Psych2go A lot of electronic stuff, usually, heh. Also some piano every now and then, but usually electronic music and remixes helps my brain just visualize a lot of stories, characters, scenes.. etc. It's pretty great :3
Thanks for this. It was simple yet inspiratiational. Reminding me through my Googes and RUclips searches that there is no secret formula to make myself more creative beyond just *creating*. Live and learn. Create, create, create. That's how one... creates.
I was just thinking about drawing or writing because I have no homework and a bunch of free time (at least for today). There psych2go goes again, reading my mind.
Creativity isn't a tap that can be turned on and off at will. Also, a skill doesn't mean doing something fast or instantly knowing which is the right choice - sometimes it's just knowing that you have to try out lots of things in order to find the right one. I've list count of the number of times someone has said "Wait, shouldn't you know what to do right away?". I know that sometimes the right choice will come from a process of elimination, and that's part of the skill set that people are just too impatient to understand. People I might add, who have zero clue about creativity in general.
Thanks for the tips :D I consider myself as an artist, And its not easy Making art without ppl calling you "Copycat" So im gonna try all of this to make people believe i am not a copycat. Sorry if this is off topic >.
1. Expose self to art It'd been working. 2. Ask questions Well I don't really know who to ask those too.... 3. Work on productivity If only I had motivation and wasnt trapped in this area. 4. Express ideas I don't have ideas that are cool... 5. Go on adventures I can't because my stupid city is dangerous and my dads job is pushing him to the point where he really just dosent want to, 6. Observe Nothing seems interesting enough to look back on, but I'll try. 7. Practice mindfulness By this comment you can tell I'm a pessimist and need to work on that. 8. Embrace risk I don't have any ideas to risk like that. 9. Daydream I don't know how to... When I do they're somone eles ideas and stay like that or boring 10. Create I will! Anyone know how to fix these problems
I day dream about my ideas for my alt-history novel when I drive and sometimes I don't even realize I'm driving but I drive fine, I guess my subconscious is really in tune
It was a nice video and it taught more of creativity steps which one has to do in order to achieve creativity another step which I see is that it will enhance our skill to understand the problem and give the eye to see the oportunities to see around ourself as every problem has ways to solve

However I feel like social media has taken a LOT of my free time (and study time btw), that I now have trouble to stay focused on a regular basis and that I could create much more.
like when I was a child and free from all this technological environment.
Does anyone feel the same thing?
“Go ahead: Ask the questions & let the creative ideas flow”
Why does Sonic constantly rub under his nose?
That bit at the very end really spoke to me tbh 'cause I actually want to be a scientist :'D
Aww, I say go for it! :) You never know what happens!
The best moment for me is before I fall asleep. Two or three minutes I got good and creative idea in my mind.
I show my creavity through art. When I get an idea in my head I draw it out on paper and then use it for a story or something.
That's great, Iryna! Would you like to do it professionally one day, or just as a hobby?
Tryna be creative so I can start to be an entertainer, specifically in RUclips, twitch, and even tik tok. I know the key to being a successful entertainer is to be different but it’s pretty hard for me to come up with some cool ideas. So I’m hoping something like this video will help me out.
My dad he helped me be creative. He inspired me to play an instrument, learn new languages, learn more about art, writing, and science. He’s the best :3
Fact: You get more creative when you're *tired* .
Eg.
1) That's why when you shower you come out with random thoughts.
Im a singer and i write stories...i love writing stories. All of these tips you named are essenstial in my everyday life. Cant go five mins without doing atleast 4 of them. Going on adventures or exploring new places is really a great way for me to people watch. And draw up story ideas with the world around me.
"Express your ideas" always makes me strong
Damodar, you look weak
Here are some people I look up to:
Picasso (for experimenting by breaking rules of art)
Angel Ganev
Sam does art
Sylvester Stallone (yes, he is creative... Movie script plus he took risks)
This is a great list. 100% agree with Picasso and stallone. I recently did a video about Picasso.
Lol I always thought I was creative and original, but then I realized I was just trying to copy others and that they’re more creative
I write poems, is this a form of creativity?
Definitely ! :)
Duh
Mihai Pocol yes it is.
personally don't like drawing art but i love sculpting and poetry (sadly don't get the chance to ]sculpt)
Of course!
When you wanna get job such as artist but then you realize you havent got any creativity or imagination
How to be a good artist:
-Be lazy and mostly spend time on electronics (dont get glasses, please.)
-Then, when you get ideas or get inspired. Do art.
-Say that you're going to draw daily.
-Then just bail on it on the second day.
I'm going to give that go!
Im so jealous of people with good creativity and imaginations, its hard to enjoy drawing when i cant come up with ideas :( and im pretty good at drawing too so it feels like a waste
I swear whenever I search something related to phycology, this channel is on the top
Gary, a truly intelligent technician from college, he always had the answers?! Whatever I wanted to build he helped me find the best way. Definitely had a great mind and knack for figuring stuff out.
gary sucks dude
Love this! I think the best ones are about failure. It's so important to try try try, your first draft or first attempt shouldn't be where you stop!
I love acting, drawing and writing. Most of these things I already do but these tips were really good.
Thanks for watching! So glad you found them helpful! ♥
Now Lets All Agree, To Never Be Creative Again *slams shut*
Sometimes when I’m in bed, some random music and idea for a song just pops into my head for no reason, I’m not even trying to think of a song idea.
Thanks for your awesome tips. most of them were new to me
“Creativity doesn’t just come out of your ass it takes skill”
Melanie martinez
i support you psych2go you have such a helpful channel
Dudeee whenever I actually try getting ideas they just never come, but they just pop out of the blue every time like while taking a shower or before I sleep
I usually look up to people who solo things such as art and piano. I’ve always wanted to be a good pianist but i can never find the right moment to ask for lessons
I always talk with myself a lot
At first I thought its bad
But after watching psych2go videos I think I am gifted🙂😊
"Go ahead, ask more questions" I would but people tell me I'm stupid when I do.
I get creative ideas when I listen to music, so I have sessions where I chill and blast music in my earbuds to think. It usually works!
Ooh, what music do you listen to?
@@Psych2go A lot of electronic stuff, usually, heh. Also some piano every now and then, but usually electronic music and remixes helps my brain just visualize a lot of stories, characters, scenes.. etc. It's pretty great :3
Im just watching this video because i've been doing art a lot but a few months ago i literally could not think of a single thing to draw.
Psych2Go is so AWSOME!
No matter where you look they’re great
Thanks for this. It was simple yet inspiratiational. Reminding me through my Googes and RUclips searches that there is no secret formula to make myself more creative beyond just *creating*. Live and learn. Create, create, create. That's how one... creates.
Now more than ever, it pays to be a creative person. So many different ways to monetize your creativity from the internet.
I was just thinking about drawing or writing because I have no homework and a bunch of free time (at least for today). There psych2go goes again, reading my mind.
Hey!! Thank you so much for the video!!
Thank you for watching! Which point did you resonate most with?
LOVE THIS!! Who else gets ideas when on long drives by themselves?
11. avoid things that kill your creativity (comparison, negative self-talk..)
Always do the things you are afraid to.do.....
Boldness has in it genius, power and magic.
Brendon Urie is a huge inspiration for me his music helps fuel my creativity when im drawing or crafting
Music fuels me, too. :)
Create.
Thank you for sharing this. It truly encourages me to continue on things that I'm making
I can’t believe I’m the only one that searched up “how to be creative” literally my brain is dead 🥺
lmao same
I did it too😂
So...ya not alone🤗
Bro, same like I couldn't depict anything in my mind, but execept a blank darkness.
SAME
Imagine being named Pablo Lopez
This is the type of channel that even people with high expectations subscribe to.😄😄😄
3:06 wow, so creative
As a person who inspires to create, I am happy some of this describes me. Just need to do more
That is awesome. Glad you are able to relate to it. Keep up the good work :)
Keep things to your self bro. You are like your name, an outsider
The 7 dislikes are from people who usually press "like" but tried to be creative 😂
hahahha, so funny bro, i disliked cause it made me suicidal
Thanks for the tips :D
I consider myself as an artist, And its not easy Making art without ppl calling you "Copycat" So im gonna try all of this to make people believe i am not a copycat.
Sorry if this is off topic >.
please could you do more videos about creativity ? thanks
This was super helpful, I felt like I was in a funk with creativeness but this got me inspired 💕 Thank you
"funk with creativeness" really bro?? seek help
Asking questions is one of my hecking fears ;-;
1. Expose self to art
It'd been working.
2. Ask questions
Well I don't really know who to ask those too....
3. Work on productivity
If only I had motivation and wasnt trapped in this area.
4. Express ideas
I don't have ideas that are cool...
5. Go on adventures
I can't because my stupid city is dangerous and my dads job is pushing him to the point where he really just dosent want to,
6. Observe
Nothing seems interesting enough to look back on, but I'll try.
7. Practice mindfulness
By this comment you can tell I'm a pessimist and need to work on that.
8. Embrace risk
I don't have any ideas to risk like that.
9. Daydream
I don't know how to... When I do they're somone eles ideas and stay like that or boring
10. Create
I will!
Anyone know how to fix these problems
As a person who makes webtoons the first thing you need to know that the canvas isn’t the limit, and you have to try to learn :D
Best video ever on creativity..
