My boyfriend also says I am the freaking sun when we are going to sleep. I heat up so damn much during the night that he has to sleep without a blanket. While I need at least 2-3 blankets (plus sometimes a hot water bottle) to be able to fall asleep, because I'm usually cold.

Honestly, this is why I love Kris and her content so much. Not only does she make us (and herself) laugh, but every video comes with an uplifting intro to make her viewers feel better. I needed this intro today and it hit kind of hard.

I'm really sorry you're going through a hard time. I had a period of a few years that were pretty bad for me but I was eventually able to find a really good therapist who has been able to help me. I still have bad days but, overall I'm doing a lot better. It really does get better, I know it doesn't always feel like it but I promise it does. 💜
