When Seth went "what top guy uses a move off the top rope" he meant during that time. The frog splash, as he mentioned, was not a good finish TODAY because many use it as a regular move, same thing with elbow drop. Hell, even the swanton bomb is used regularly by KO and others and that's not a finish unless it's Hardy doing it.

It's about the size of the wrestler delivering the move and it should always be like that. Darby Allin is under 200lbs so he drives his back into the recipient with velocity and it looks superb...but a top wrestler could kick out of a regular coffin drop ...All Savage had to do was drop the elbow, bam bam or Vader connects with a moonsault then the match should be over.

I actually did do a curb stomp to a kid while we were fighting (a very light version because I was scared of the chance of killing him). It looked cool at least and he deserved it.
