Looked into all of these college hacking videos and was able to get my bachelor done in 3 months versus when I took 10 years for my associates. Thank you! Now onto my master’s!
I did the consultation from this team and graduated with a business degree. I am very happy with my outcome. I have no debt and took 17 months from no credit to graduate. I took a few months off for work and family time, too. Just start if you are thinking about it.
Thank you! Honestly, the main reason I got my degree was for intrinsic value. I feel it will help in future applications as well. I got my GED many years ago and felt it was all I needed. In reality, I feel for many, the GED could be. I worked retail for a long time and worked my way up through management. I am a people person and have many natural leadership qualities. I have good eq and am personable. I had a personal life obstacle set back and decided to work on cars as a new career. I had always wanted to learn about mechanical systems. I joined a national auto repair facility and learned as much as I could obtaining my master certification from ASE as a master tech. This was paid for by the auto repair facility. After working on vehicles for a while....you see many older mechanics who know a mass of information but it takes its toll on a body. Sticking with just this occupation, one could make a great living and I have seen many who do. The feild needs people constantly so it seems you would alway have a good paying job. I, however, decided to move back to the management side and as I move up, I find I no longer care for the upper level management of that business. In looking at my options from other companies or different business lines in my own, most required a degree. That's a bit off putting in and of itself. I do believe that would not stop someone motivated to get the job so long as one could land an interview.... therein lies the difficulty. Many hr syatems will kick an application if requirements are not met so long as they have x number of applications that do. I felt I knew much of what would be taught in a business degree having managed and worked many a P&L in my life. Once I got started and really moving with the degree progress...I was in too deep to quit when I realized I had a lot to still learn. I took my time working hours a night for about 13 months of the 17 months I worked on my degree. I achieved Summa cum laude and took extra time on most projects to really do well and learn the material. I added this education to my work profile and have been put up for promotion. Did I do so well this past year I deserve it or with the degree on my record, are they preemptively trying to keep me. I'm not sure but it is welcome. I also have children and I have been suggesting they go to school. I figure I should practice what I preach. As kind of a funny side note. I believe if you take into account all the humans that have ever lived, the people who have a degree in our day and age are going to end up being some of the most educated ever. I would like to be counted among them. With the upcoming advancements of AI most intellectual knowledge will be used by AI to accomplish ideas people have so the requirement for people to have amassed a lot of knowledge themselves will be lessened. This may lead to the past couple 100 years or so being the most educated people that ever exist. This may not be true but it's funny for me to think of. Lol

Professor Cliff, can you do a video on the best school for a bachelor in criminal justice. Can that be done quickly with an associates degree in criminal justice?
Just wanted to say thanks for making these videos. I was able to graduate last year with a liberal studies degree as an experienced software developer and have qualified for more jobs because of it. My wife was also able to finish by the end of the year as well with a business administration degree as an experienced HR generalist / recruiter and received a pay raise for it. 2025 is off to a great start because of you!
I’ve been binge watching this channel for a few days now and all the information is so mind blowing! I’ve been a subscriber for a while but now I’m strongly considering going to college and actually FINISHING this time! Hoping and praying I can save up quickly for a consultation. Working class life makes things move at a snails pace financially 😢
Every time you say “Chipotle degree” it makes me crave chipotle. 😂😂 I’m gonna go use these points I haven’t used in the Chipotle app and get free lunch today LOL 😝
It matters more for personal reasons than professional ones. Some jobs might ask for GPA, but it’s becoming extremely rare, so that leaves the value of it up to your personal beliefs more than anything else!
There are a lot of schools out there, we tend to favor the ones that give clear hacking equivalencies so the outcomes are consistent. Sometimes schools look hackable but in practice they make every step difficult. That can be really demotivating for people who are busy with life as it is and don’t need extra, time consuming complications. So we favor schools where we’ve seen the promises they make play out more often than not.
Highly recommend ENEB’s MBA and getting that evaluated by an evaluation agency… At the very least they’d say it’s equivalent to a regionally accredited certification.
Hey Dr. Stumme, I have a quick question. So as I mentioned in a previous post I am attending UMPI and knocking out these classes very quickly. I’m hoping to complete my BABA in this session and start the MAOL in the summer. My question is how will employers view my resume seeing that I completed my BA and Masters in the same year? Is that shady? Will they by pass me for this? Or should I just wait until Fall 2 to enroll and finish early next year?
Hey man just wanted to say I've been watching your videos since 2024 and decided to join umpi in 2025 January i managed to complete my umpi degree in 15 days!! Thanks alot for doing what you do ❤

They are still saying this fall!
@@CollegeHacked much appreciated 👍
Dr Stumme I wanted to ask does summa or magna cum laude really matter? Im pushing for summa but your comment made sense
It matters more for personal reasons than professional ones. Some jobs might ask for GPA, but it’s becoming extremely rare, so that leaves the value of it up to your personal beliefs more than anything else!
What about CSU Global in Colorado? It wasn't in your 7 colleges videos. Why didn't they make the cut?

@CollegeHacked in other words they didn't make the cut because they do not currently offer clarity or as many options as others?
Does sophia have classes for mba programs?
Unfortunately no.

Waiting seems extreme, maybe just create a spiel about competency based education so you can make it a positive talking point about your commitment :)
Can I apply to umpi right now as an international student but start after a month or two so I can finish my Sophia credits?
Yes!
Can you contact umpi and let them know they need a better school store?
Couldn't agree more.
