    Pedestrian problem -> Highway Capacity Manual -> chapter 3 -> ctrl+f 'pedestrian service time' -> index points to pg 19-82 -> use equation for less than or equal to 10 ft width -> the S variable isn't defined -> just know ahead of time that 'S' is speed -> ctrl+f pedestrian speed -> the manual says 4.0 ft/s is desirable on pg 16-20, and 3.4 MILES PER HOUR on page 24-9 -> memorize 4 ft per second

      ctrl+f elderly -> page 18-48 shows walking speed based on % of elderly -> at >10% elderly, subtract by 0.3 ft/s, which gives 4.1 ft/s? Gives 24.3 seconds -> round up to A) 25 seconds

    says Sp is 4.4 not 4 on pg 18-48?
