I liked Danny Phantom because it had actual story arcs, something a lot of cartoons nowadays don't have, and one of my favorite things about it was that the voice actor for Danny was the voice of Dexter Douglas in the show Freakazoid!, and that they both had a transformation catchphrase.
I personally like all 4 of these cartoons and many other 90's and early-mid 2000's cartoons unlike the crap we have today, and hey man the first 3 seasons of SpongeBob were golden, and why you also hating on my boy Jimmy? You prefer Sanjay & Craig and Breadwinners?
On the topic of health pickups, I'm currently watching an LP of Outland and in it you can smash unwanted hearts and they give you money. I find that to be an interesting/awesome feature.
