An interesting update of the A4/S4 but that infotainment screen is now so large and very intrusive and they have taken away the MMI control knob! At least BMW have the option of a touch screen and I - Drive control knob.
Why did they remove the controller? So Audi insists on taking eye off the road and look the screen instead of watching the road? They removed an important safety and comforting feature.
Update is not that bad take time to get use it pretty cool. A4 and A5 need stay fresh until B10 come out in few years. The new 3 series is here and next gen C class is coming in 2 years
My favorite here is A4 sedan in red. But Audi RS3 is always my number one choice in red. Thomas as always you are the best. Greetings from Namibia Windhoek.
I’m an Audi fan and own one,but the recent changes on most of the models is they look cheap,the front end of the q series looks bloody horrendous,actually most of the models front end looks cheap and nasty,why get rid of the mmi knob,try using a touch screen when moving. Audi have in the past made mean looking cars but at the moment they look like Hyundai’s,Kia’s ect.Audi please please pull your socks up,or my next car will be a beemer
Fully agree with you I have an audi TT3 and need to change because my family is growing. Most of the audi fans friends have decide to change to Mercedes or Range Rover only due to the poor design of these 2020 audi models. I would like to buy the A4 allroad but not so sexy...
Great job Thomas as always. Fantastic presentation. What is with those fake spotlight covers? Weird notch under the hood as well. Audi keeps going downhill with there design. Way too busy for no point

Yeah, these headlights aren't necessarily ugly or bad; but it's not good enough for an A4. This is probably something that could be on the A3. The previous LED design on the A4 was very sharp, angular, and sporty looking. If anything, Audi should stick to one headlight design PER RANGE model. But Audi changes the LED designs every refresh on each model. They're going to run out of unique DRL designs no doubt. Now they figure disjointed LED's are now the way to go....... and you know this is going to happen across all line ups considering the new Q3, Q8 have this multiple line DRL.
Rear looks good, front is mehh…. imho. What's happened with nice wide wheel arches/fender at least for the RS4. remember the good old B7 rs4. BRING BACK WIDE&SEXY!!
Why do these companies insist on putting fake exhaust bezels, or surrounds, on the rear valence and not put exhaust outlets in there? I guess they recognize the lack of knowledge their new, typical buyer is? #sigh
This revised A4 just seems like such a let down...AUDI, REDESIGN THIS CAR's INTERIOR! Did they seriously just make the center screen (a random, after-thought, obstruction that gives most vloggers pause...and not in a good way) obnoxiously larger?! Please stop the madness and give the A4 interior design cues from its A6/A7 brethren already! This is a no-brainer. #fixthatdash #hidethosecupholders
I’m Audi fan through and through but yeah this is a downgrade from the current B9 model. Looks way too much like an A1 I don’t really dig the fake vents under the hood and the worst part no more swivel wheel, so dumb. I won’t be getting this model that’s for sure.
It seems Audi has softened all the sharp edges that gave the A4/S4 an aggressive look. That's not a good thing. No one wants a softie Audi. And whoever thought of and approved getting rid of the MMI should be fired.
