In 1975 I flew on Mexicana de Aviación ( Mexicana Airlines) Miami- Cozumel- México City on a Boeing 727-200( AereoMexico was operating the DC-10 Mexico City- Miami- Madrid- Paris during those times around the 70’s and also between México City and Miami using mixed aircrafts like the MD-80’s and DC-8’s
Wow! What an amazing experience it was I can imagine! Those were the glory days of travel. I would give anything to fly on those (now retired) aircraft.
Nice air travel infrastructure, Mexico is competitive...
