Financial freedom isnt defined by figures in your bank account. Of course more is always looked at as good or better. But its Assets over liabilities. Once you are out of the hole of debt completely& not regulated to any kind of bill or debt collector except for your housing gas light, etc. Once you have gotten to this point along your financial journey you are now one step away from financial freedom. No matter what your wage or annual income maybe. Once you have your house paid off along with assests creating dividends that is what you call financial freedom.

The most appropriate answer to the question is it depends upon one’s life circumstances and budgeted lifestyle. It’s I’m unhelpful to throw out exaggerated figures like $28 million lump sum or $200k annual income. It really depends the individual and how they are situated.

    • @babyrashard2215

I say I want the $28 million yes they’ll take out taxes but after taxes I say invest the whole thing or majority of it in a index fund a one percent gain some days are $200k in a day and plus you get interest out the end of the year

I don't think it's about how much you make, I think it's moreso about how you manage what you make.
I worked for a company that's one of the top companies in its industry at a global level. I saw a lot of their practices when it came to finances; how reactive they were instead of being proactive. The measures they had to take during the down season in order to make budget. So when the pandemic hit and they announced that their CEO and many other top executives would be on a pay freeze, it didn't surprise me. If you are top 3 in your industry, you are making beaucoup money. Making the money is was never the issue. But many entities (individuals and businesses) who make bank also take that bank roll for granted.
Watching the way they handled things gave me anxiety, so I left years before the pandemic.

This is why it is important to teach our people about the power of travel, while the rest of the united states struggles to live a middle class lifestyle , there are some of us who get a better bang for our buck using our United States dollars overseas. learning how to build communities thru integration in other countries .. but people that don't know about the world can only give you what they know about the United States and end up telling you to get married to afford the life. without mentioning the fact that marriage ends in divorce 43 percent of the time in the United States. 98 percent of the time the man leaving with more he came in with. no pun intended... anyone that would tell you to act on your emotions and get married when statically there is only a 57 percent of success long term .. than I would suggest you reconsider the logic
