Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Airport Level Speed run

This is the controversial level which attracted plenty of media attention when Modern Warfare 2 was release. A lot of noise came from non-gamers who jumped up and down when they found out that civilians are involved and finch whenever the word terrorism appears. Why is it ok for a player to shoot a character in full police gear and not ok for a civilian character? Terrorism has been in alot of games, too much to count on two hands, so why is Modern Warfare 2 any different?
Due to the media attention and publicity, Activision has decided to include an opt out option where a player can have the option to turn off any potentially offensive cut scenes or material, but is it really necessary?
This video is the entire airport level, watch it and make up your own mind. As a warning, YES I did shoot at civilians.

Needs an option to upload the faces of people you don't like to put on the people you shoot in this level.
