Thank you to all emergency services who operate 24/7 365 days a year to keep us safe and who respond to our calls for help, being there when it matters most. A special thanks to the Metropolitan Police Service who hosted several open day events, I hope similar events will happen in the near future!
I hope to bring you more clips of emergency services responding and open day events throughout 2015!

I will miss those times
in the uk you should give way to an emergency vehicle if its safe to do so - unfortunately i have seen many an occasion when other car drivers have mounted pavements occupied by pedestrians or do other clearly dangerous things when a blue light is behind them with the horn sounding. Yes, make every reasonable effort to get out of the way but don't endanger others. Also its your assessment of the risk and not theirs (ie the emergency service) that count in deciding what to do.
I love biriths sirens.
when i was in london i saw a couple of cars responding to calls, but i also saw that some of the busses dont give a shit, he simply dont care if it is a emergency vehicle behind him

Brilliant compilation of clips mate - thoroughly enjoyed watching that. I can see how the cameras have changed over the months and the video quality has improved. Some rare bares in there too ;)
CobraEmergencyVideos Thanks! Yes, very pleased with my newer camera. If only I caught those rare ones with them, it would've been 10x better! I was restricted a lot with zoom (as well as quality) on the old one. Nevertheless there are some great rare catches!

I live in London and it never ceases to amaze me silly stupid head up arse tourists who hear the sirens see the blue flashing lights yet still insist on crossing the bloody road and nearly getting taken out !

I think that the police should have a blue light bar, fire with a red light bar and ambulances can have green on the light bar
Why does it make a difference the colour of the lights? Also only doctors are allowed green light
+machinegun333 but if you think about it you do want to know what emergency service is coming down the road behind you
The extreme Team gotta disagree with ya on that one, you still treat them all the same regardless by slowing down and pulling over, so not sure why it matters on the colours, its only gonna confuse people
