  • I was recently asked to go on the Lorraine show to explain just what this new craze is all about. You Can see the video below. My Verdict? Wall Pilates is a fantastic way to start doing Pilates and or strength training. The wall provides both support and resistance and it's a great way to start working on your strength, mobility and fitness. I created a 28 day challenge specifically for the show. To make it even more effective , the videos are just 10 minutes in duration so really easy to fit in plus there are additional videos on nutrition and lifestyle - so this really is a complete plan.

    What a difference doing the ‘dolphin’ with the feet against the wall - really felt it in my core

    Hi 👋, Jane It's Sarah here I really love ❤️ starting all theses 28 day challenges of Pilities off the right way giving it a shot for 28 days bit I did Day 1 on Monday but I was going to do workout 2 of your challenges that you've put up on your RUclips channel but I SOME HOW CAN'T FIND WORKOUT 2 AS I ALREADY DID THE WARM UP INTRO BEFORE I STARTED WORKOUT 1 CHALLENGE, Just wondering why can't I find it and hoping you'd know because the rest of them are all there as far I can see down my list for you workout classes but I'm jist missing exercise workout 2 Pilities challane, Hope you receive and see my message and reply when you can and let me know what I do because I don't REALLY want to HAVE TO SKIP TO WORKOUT 3 of the 28 day Pilities challenge because then to me I won't of done it all because I couldn't find the second workout of 28 HELP THANKS JANE 😀 👍,

      Hey Sarah . You need to do workout 1 for the first 3 days, then you have a rest day from Pilates and I encourage you to do other things! The workout 2 drops on 19th of November . In order to successfully start workout 2 you need to have done workout1 at least 3 times - repetition is the master of skill , with my instruction and help of course .       @janewake2048 Heyy Jane thanks ao much for getting back to me I just thought it was me being stupid and couldn't see it that was all then I was like I've done workout Pilities challage number 1 for one day where the number 2 workout challage so I was like how do I move on and I thought I can't skip number 2 and go stright to number 3 that wouldn't be right of the challage etc. And sorry but what do you mean @Janewake2048 you encourage people to do other things like what for example sorry if I wasn't getting that question?🥰🤔♥️ xx

      Have you downloaded the planner Sarah? Go to this link www.janewake.com/post/wall-pilates-a-new-craze-or-a-genuine-way-to-workout . And it's all explained in the planner. So if you look at the planner - on rest days I encourage you to do something else like going for a walk but to also focus on things like nutrition. Make sure you watch the TIP 1 video. The tip videos give you lots more information and advice around the plan. Hope that helps and thanks for your questions and please don't hesitate to ask more.
