2 reasons why a lot of people hate Sony, first it better and it won against their favourite tv brand and secondly they can't afford it so, they have to hate on it to justify themselves not been able to afford one. It sad really what people will do on the web to make themselves feel better about their purchases or brand they support. TKK brother, do yourself a favour forget them and don't waste your brain cells on such people. Most don't have the tv and have only seen it through youtube videos but they will hate on it, argue and question you who has it, like you don't know what you are talking about.
@@Memo_323 brother a lot of people are that petty. I had the S95B, love that tv but gave it to my sister who needed a tv. Have the A95K 65inch that tv will be going to by bed room and a 77inch A95L will be coming in 2 days to replace it in my living room. spent time with both S95C and LG G3 loved both tvs but for my use case I watch a lot of streaming from prime video, netflix etc and A95L processor for low bite content is second to none. That is where Samsung falls short, upscaling of low bite rate content. Would have gone for G3 because MLA made it close to DQ-OLD, but I hate LG remote we have been having the same remote 5 years straight. For a premium tv that LG remote is a let down.
I want one but will probably settle for a g3 77 inch @3600€ Vs a A95l 77 inch @ 7260€ Only thing i read that bothered me about the A95l is the 300ms audio delay In the HDTVtest review Thats Huuuuge

Personally if I hated something I’d move past it and give my reasoning for doing so and that would be it, which is why I insert my G3 experience, it’s actually the first time I’ve ever had a tv and thought I would return it because I didn’t get the experience in my use case I had hoped for, which lead me to reverting back. I ordered the A95L 77inch 2 days ago! I can’t wait until I receive it.. I’m coming from an old LED TV. After watching so many reviews I decided to go for the A95L instead of the S95C and not purchasing a sound bar to even out the cost vs the S95c
I recently got a 65 s95c, I must say it's fantastic, I also have a 55 a95k and an s90c in the living room, the s95c has become the main TV for films and games, no signal loss with ps5 and xbox series x, I don't use a PC, for me it's fantastic, devastating panel uniformity, zero banding, zero tinting and it's a 65, now the main TV is 65c, that TV is incredible, I also had a90j and s95b, s95b the only TV that disappointed me, s95c calibrated with classytech's calibration for bt2020, devastating!
No, I prefer S95c instead of a95k, I have both at home and I can't do without S95c, in the living room s90c, between s90c and a95k instead I prefer a95k

Thank you. I traced this back to my recordings being done as MKV format, the video editor claims using these files is experimental and warned me there could be some glitches, now I know going forward to skim some of the transitions off the start of each. Thank you for the feedback it has helped me.
I just picked up the 65 A95L today. Coming from a 55 A80K. The jump wasn’t as wow as going from the X90J to the A80K. But I’ll say this brighter, clearer and Game Mode with a PS5 is just holy crap. As you can tell with my history im a Sony guy. Hey I’ve bought 3 tvs in last year and a half lol. I think im gonna try and hold off for 3 years if I can haha. The craftsmanship with a master series and the minute details are just there. Have an HTA 3000 plugged into it will probably add the SW and RS Subs and speakers. TKK really respect you buy the tvs too. I definitely have the last year and a half lol.
@@AllAboutTKK your reviews were definitely part of the process. I watch a combo of everyone you mentioned. Besides the guy who starts with Q. If you’re a tv enthusiast or really love tvs like us the 95L is a must own. But man anyone with an A80 or C series whose happy and doesn’t upgrade tvs often is probably ok. It really is what I told people when I worked at bestbuy for a bit. OLED is the standard 911. QD OLED is the 911 Turbo or Carrera GT. 95-98 percent are gonna be happy with the regular 911 lol.
@@ajwtf6539 it’s 100 percent worth the jump. The X90J is certainly a good tv but the A80 is great. You’ll notice it 100 percent. Especially if you primarily stream. That contrast and clarity boost is a thing. I noticed it on my 80K. The 80L with xr clear and a 10 percent brightness boost 👍
I am considering the Sony and myself at 77. I have owned three flagship Panasonic plasmas and LG c7, Sony a1E OLED, and my current CX. The Sony is the only TV that suffered burn in from gaming on it. I made this comment before finishing your video so you may have mentioned it. People should realize that they gave the G3 a 9.1 rating and there are some other reviewers that have scored that as the better television. As you will probably seen some of those reviews popping up now. I still contend The G3 is the best Swiss army knife television available but Sony always put something special in that sauce so I might give them another chance. Either that or by the 77 in G3 for my main space and a 65-in A95L for my office.
Good point on the Sony receiver. Would be an easier buy if they had independent subwoofers and bass mgmt/correction. Looking at the Denon as well for that reason.
Great video quantum tv is not for me to much negatively towards other content creator's , the A95L is an amazing tv I have the Panasonic LZ2000 and the A95k , and 8k jvc projector in the theater maybe I will upgrade the next generation sony next year , saw the mid level Panasonic mz1500 in the store the other day , it's well over a thousand nits with a heat sink , and way better than the c3 and by far brighter than A80L .

Hey buddy I chose the s90c, would you say that it’s a wise choice over the c3? I might have panel gen 2 as it’s manufacturing date is October 2023, my main focus is gaming unsure how much of a downgrade it is from lg g3
Did you get a 77. That's guaranteed gen 2. I saw on AVS forum theres a way of checking via the service menu whether or not its a gen 2 or gen 1.@@glall3603
S90C is absolutely not a downgrade from G3, especially for gaming. S90C gen 2 is probably better because you can actually reach more of the BT 2020 colors in HDR with a QD OLED.
Forgot to ask-I own a 55” LG G2-do you have any recommended settings? I have Spectrum cable & the latest FireStick. I don’t game. I have LG SP7R soundbar. Thanks.

Is the A95k that much worse than the L? Is the a95k at least better than the a80l Dark room, no windows, for streaming and 4k discs. Some gaming, but definitely not DV gaming. Appreciate you and your vids.
TKK-What are your thoughts on an HDMI switch when you don’t have 2.1 ports such as A95L or you don’t an AVR? Or if your TV(LG EG9600)has 2.0 only HDMI ports or you’ve lost a port-it pushed in.
I’d be researching the switch to just make sure it doesn’t have any type of processing on board that will increase latency from video or audio. If it’s just a bare bone 2.1 switch that passes the signal, it should be okay.
I have a Ponybro 5x1 I use with my G2 for my latest FireStick on HDMI 4 & it works well. Switch has a remote with on/off switch & auto switch tho I only have 1 device connected. I have a no name 5x1 port for my EG9600 with auto switch, on/off switch with a Roku 4K +, FireSticjk 4K Max, LG 3D BluRay & an Emerson VHS/DVD player recorder. The auto switch feature comes in handy as ithe switch will go the device you have turned on. On my other EG9600 with the pushed it HDMI port 1 it will have a Roku & FireStick.All HDMI ports on it I think have HDR as it’s a later model than the other one. I use the ARC port for LG NB5441 soundbar. I think the Ponybro switch will transmit 2.1 but if TV only has 2.0 then that’s all you’ll get. Both EG9600s are 4K but Spectrum cable uses 1080i. TKK I do have a question I haven't seen addressed anywhere. Should I be worried about the A95L not supporting 1440p for my PS5? If I'm not mistaken the PS5 is capable of 1440p even at 120hz and I wanted to take full advantage of that. I'm dead set on the A95L in big part to your videos but this is my only concern (along with the Dolby vision bugs) at this time. Appreciate you and your content big dawg. Much love🙏
I appreciate your support my brother. I believe the DV bug gets addressed via software. The QHD is trippy to me. Like the tv can do QHD on PC no issues but why it doesn’t function on the PS5 seems to be a ball drop from something at the company. If that’s what you want I can dig it, but personally I don’t see it as a reason to miss out on the tv.
Hi TKK, I'm a female tech lover, I've followed the community like you for years. Here in the UK the Sony 55 A95K is £1,799 which I just ordered. It was either that or Sony 55 A80L for the 2023 model, hard to decide but I wanted QD-Oled so hopefully my decision is ok! What do you think would be the best upgrade tv from a LG C1 48inch? I've had this tv for 2 years but I've felt it's too dark during games. I have been thinking about a C2, A80L or S90C but idk because a lot of people have a professional way of looking at things but with you you actually go in as a gamer and user. So some recommendations would be great.
For the money S90c. But if staying in the 40” range is your thing then I supppse the C3, C2 didn’t offer much brightness over C1 in those sizes from what I read, I own C2 in 55”. Thought it offered plenty more over C1 when I had it but again it was 55”.
@AllAboutTKK C2 55 inch wouldn't be a problem. I owned a 55inch hisense for a while before getting the C1. S90C seems to be a good option but I just don't personally like the menu as much and everytime I wanna buy it I get conflicted between the C2 and S90C.
@@Hado99-Goryutenmetsu.yeah if you’re sticking with LG go with the C3 not the C2. Has the new processor, the upscaling is much better. But yes S90C is probably the most bang for your buck especially if you get the gen 2 panel.
Yo TKK hope you good my guy. I think the Sony A95L is genuinely a masterful product, and something Sony clearly takes pride in. Owning an S95C is a great viewing experience, but when basically everyone says the Sony is better? I doubt everyone’s lying outta boredom haha. I think the hate purely comes from buyers remorse and the backing of their purchases. I think the A95L, S95C and G3 are all wonderful, with the Sony looking the best
I have an old 65" LG C6P that still works great. I got the itch to upgrade. I got the 77" G3 for $3499 a few days ago. Its a huge upgrade! I want the A95L but eh... for me that $1600+ hurts. I'm fighting with myself about exchanging it for the Sony.
The G3 is great. The value electronics shootout…the G3, A95L and the S95C were so close. 4.65 out of 5 or 4.40 your splitting hairs. Enjoy it and don’t look back. Next year there will be new slightly better OLED’s. I got the 77A95L only because I don’t like the silver bezel on the G3. Had it been flat black like my 77GX I would have got the G3. The Sony has so many bugs right now too
@@paulstefaniuk27 Yeah, the G3 really has maxed out what WOLED can do. I haven't even noticed that bezel! Ha! I like the software on it way better than my old C6. The TV is wonderful. I just don't want to keep wondering if I should have gotten the "best" tv... I don't want to wait until next year.
I have the LG 77 G3 and I think it looks great. It’s bright, love the adjustments and I don’t look back. You made a good choice I came from an LG 77 C9, which to me looked beautiful. I actually like the picture better than the Sony A90J that I had in the bedroom I still use Sony in the bedroom the A90K.

I don’t have the money for this TV but I was wondering if s95c or s90c would be a good alternative if I’m using Apple TV 4K for streaming. If Sony runs off of Apple TV 4K, Samsung runs off atv 4K, they are the same panel, wouldnt picture quality be the same? If you remove Sony processing and outsource it to Apple TV, the results should be very close?
This tv is definitely worth the hype usually it takes me weeks to get to a picture setting on my tv that I really like. I watch some content and it just doesn’t look good for other content. Everything looks good on this tv with minimal tweaks Sony out did themselves with this one there is no competition this year period honestly don’t know how an a95m will look better.
The A95M vsi will probably come with a new processor more powerful than the XR and Sony should launch some microled...if Sony lowers the price it will lead again... porque sony é sony

My boy Whisper Status got himself a 83 inch SONY A80L. I watched his vid this morning and from what I can determine it is a awesome WOLED tv. He explained that it has the build quality of the A90J from a couple of years ago and the heatsink as well. I guess they consider it a Master Series. I just thought I would add this to the chat I know you might not care what other RUclips guys purchase. I was really surprised that he likes the gaming features because gaming is his thing.

I just sold my 77GX and bought the 77A95L because MLA Oled/QD-Oled had finally made an upgrade worthwhile. The Sony is better in every way but it is so buggy right now. Nice to see Sony providing updates to slowly fix the issues. Will be interesting to see if blue Pholed makes an appearance at CES this year and if brightness will increase another 25%.
You're right. I saw his last video on A95L and I can assure you that he straight up lied and deceived. He tried playing inbuilt video from the demo app, but he instead played video's from Samsung and TCL.
Ha! Caught that. Yeah when you put the Sony in Demo mode it pretty much cranks it to vivid, you have to know the login credentials for their server to enable their demo content from the retailer you want it to play from. He ended up going with a flash drive or something compared of the sort to play the content: The premises of those reviews are to speak about out of the box vivid, then to see how other presets look, all it comes down to is their settings versus his. As I grow in this space this is where I become critical to the work that others do, while it’s the same review methods he does use with other TV panels, it’s more so like he’s reviewing a canvas for him to sell his painting for via Membership.

Sony tax will forever price me out of the market. I’m a value buyer at heart. If I can get 90-95% of picture at close to 1/2 price (S90C, for example), I’ll go that route. But no hate, just me. If you have the $ & want best of the best, by all means. 👍👍

Some people just don’t like Sony and will discredit them however they can or find a issue wherever they can. They aren’t for the people or the truth. Just an agenda bc of personal feelings or whatever they can justify in their heads. Ratings also is only a decent reference for upscaling capabilities and an okay review for basic tech facts and info. Other than that… the reviews are wrong, some are advertised/promoted, they only test in SDR , not HDR and the info on the sight is very inconsistent if someone takes the time to actually break down the data categories info. The should only be really used to talk about upscaling capabilities and basic tech specs. Other than that. They have no true accuracy to their claims, ratings and promoted biases with tv judgements. There is no reason why an A95L is only 0.2 better than a C3 or 0.1 better than a G3 when the TVs don’t even share the same space of PQ potential, color range, nor processing ability. That’s unrealistic especially considering in the shootout the A95L beat every tv by almost a whole point or more on the rating scale. Something is sku’d and not right with how they rate and review things for sure. I hope they go back to the drawing board and give people more, factual, and accurate info for reviewing TVs over the next few years. They finally redid the upscale testing and got better at that but they got a long way to go for the rest to actually be working looking at and not as off course and sku’d as much as the info there is.
Great comment. I appreciate the time spent and depth there. I’ve never utilized them for a source of buying but I must admit, for the general consumer to have some data base where they might be able to look back let’s say 5 or so years ago to see how their tv rated vs the new that they are considering is amazing and I believe is apart of why that company has two legs to stand on. What they offer is unique. Not as to say there is no opportunity for development though.
Honestly two HDMI 2.1 ports is really a nonissue. I myself run everything through my Denon X4800H so I only need one 2.1 port. I run both PS5 & Series X and it’s flawless, no additional lag or anything. If people have a newer AVR that supports these features then it’s a no brainer. Great video as always

i just can't get over the sony tax for what you are actually getting and/or not getting with this TV. I think a lot of people feel like this and it's probably one of the reasons why you can still buy a brand new A90J, it's that Sony tax. Excluding the TV enthusiast I think most people are not going to run out and get this TV.
You're right. Only a handful of people buy premium TVs like this one. Most people don't mind buying Sony TVs which were launched 2-3 years ago, which are much cheaper.

That video was crazy man. Very monotone vibes. Very whiny about shit like how you can’t click past Google, man went through the motions of buying the tv to talk about how they need to make a new turn on intro because they have access to Sony films content. Could tell there is a serious distaste for Sony as a brand. Which is totally fine, but it stole the integrity away from the review portion of the video because there was an obvious tone of dislike set before even getting to it. I can’t argue with anyone style of doing reviews but I am a subscriber so I’m speaking from a viewership space when I watched, not as a reviewer myself.

I recently got a 65 s95c, I must say it's fantastic, I also have a 55 a95k and an s90c in the living room, the s95c has become the main TV for films and games, no signal loss with ps5 and xbox series x, I don't use a PC, for me it's fantastic, devastating panel uniformity, zero banding, zero tinting and it's a 65, now the main TV is 65c, that TV is incredible, I also had a90j and s95b, s95b the only TV that disappointed me, s95c calibrated with classytech's calibration for bt2020, devastating!

I just picked up the 65 A95L today. Coming from a 55 A80K. The jump wasn’t as wow as going from the X90J to the A80K. But I’ll say this brighter, clearer and Game Mode with a PS5 is just holy crap. As you can tell with my history im a Sony guy. Hey I’ve bought 3 tvs in last year and a half lol. I think im gonna try and hold off for 3 years if I can haha. The craftsmanship with a master series and the minute details are just there. Have an HTA 3000 plugged into it will probably add the SW and RS Subs and speakers. TKK really respect you buy the tvs too. I definitely have the last year and a half lol.

If you’re a tv enthusiast or really love tvs like us the 95L is a must own. But man anyone with an A80 or C series whose happy and doesn’t upgrade tvs often is probably ok. It really is what I told people when I worked at bestbuy for a bit. OLED is the standard 911. QD OLED is the 911 Turbo or Carrera GT. 95-98 percent are gonna be happy with the regular 911 lol.

@@ajwtf6539 it’s 100 percent worth the jump. The X90J is certainly a good tv but the A80 is great. You’ll notice it 100 percent. Especially if you primarily stream. That contrast and clarity boost is a thing. I noticed it on my 80K. The 80L with xr clear and a 10 percent brightness boost 👍

I am considering the Sony and myself at 77. I have owned three flagship Panasonic plasmas and LG c7, Sony a1E OLED, and my current CX. The Sony is the only TV that suffered burn in from gaming on it.
I made this comment before finishing your video so you may have mentioned it. People should realize that they gave the G3 a 9.1 rating and there are some other reviewers that have scored that as the better television. As you will probably seen some of those reviews popping up now. I still contend The G3 is the best Swiss army knife television available but Sony always put something special in that sauce so I might give them another chance. Either that or by the 77 in G3 for my main space and a 65-in A95L for my office.
Either of the big 3 are worth considering. The comparison really is the panel technology. It’s just a level the G3 can’t hit.

Good point on the Sony receiver. Would be an easier buy if they had independent subwoofers and bass mgmt/correction. Looking at the Denon as well for that reason.

Great video quantum tv is not for me to much negatively towards other content creator's , the A95L is an amazing tv I have the Panasonic LZ2000 and the A95k , and 8k jvc projector in the theater maybe I will upgrade the next generation sony next year , saw the mid level Panasonic mz1500 in the store the other day , it's well over a thousand nits with a heat sink , and way better than the c3 and by far brighter than A80L .

S90C is absolutely not a downgrade from G3, especially for gaming. S90C gen 2 is probably better because you can actually reach more of the BT 2020 colors in HDR with a QD OLED.

Is the A95k that much worse than the L? Is the a95k at least better than the a80l Dark room, no windows, for streaming and 4k discs. Some gaming, but definitely not DV gaming. Appreciate you and your vids.
TKK-What are your thoughts on an HDMI switch when you don’t have 2.1 ports such as A95L or you don’t an AVR? Or if your TV(LG EG9600)has 2.0 only HDMI ports or you’ve lost a port-it pushed in.
I’d be researching the switch to just make sure it doesn’t have any type of processing on board that will increase latency from video or audio. If it’s just a bare bone 2.1 switch that passes the signal, it should be okay.
I have a Ponybro 5x1 I use with my G2 for my latest FireStick on HDMI 4 & it works well. Switch has a remote with on/off switch & auto switch tho I only have 1 device connected. I have a no name 5x1 port for my EG9600 with auto switch, on/off switch with a Roku 4K +, FireSticjk 4K Max, LG 3D BluRay & an Emerson VHS/DVD player recorder. The auto switch feature comes in handy as ithe switch will go the device you have turned on. On my other EG9600 with the pushed it HDMI port 1 it will have a Roku & FireStick.All HDMI ports on it I think have HDR as it’s a later model than the other one. I use the ARC port for LG NB5441 soundbar. I think the Ponybro switch will transmit 2.1 but if TV only has 2.0 then that’s all you’ll get. Both EG9600s are 4K but Spectrum cable uses 1080i. TKK I do have a question I haven't seen addressed anywhere. Should I be worried about the A95L not supporting 1440p for my PS5? If I'm not mistaken the PS5 is capable of 1440p even at 120hz and I wanted to take full advantage of that. I'm dead set on the A95L in big part to your videos but this is my only concern (along with the Dolby vision bugs) at this time. Appreciate you and your content big dawg. Much love🙏

The QHD is trippy to me. Like the tv can do QHD on PC no issues but why it doesn’t function on the PS5 seems to be a ball drop from something at the company.
If that’s what you want I can dig it, but personally I don’t see it as a reason to miss out on the tv.

What do you think would be the best upgrade tv from a LG C1 48inch? I've had this tv for 2 years but I've felt it's too dark during games. I have been thinking about a C2, A80L or S90C but idk because a lot of people have a professional way of looking at things but with you you actually go in as a gamer and user. So some recommendations would be great.
For the money S90c. But if staying in the 40” range is your thing then I supppse the C3, C2 didn’t offer much brightness over C1 in those sizes from what I read, I own C2 in 55”. Thought it offered plenty more over C1 when I had it but again it was 55”.
S90C is the automatic recommended these days unless you wanna splash some cash for the A95L.
@AllAboutTKK C2 55 inch wouldn't be a problem. I owned a 55inch hisense for a while before getting the C1. S90C seems to be a good option but I just don't personally like the menu as much and everytime I wanna buy it I get conflicted between the C2 and S90C.

I have an old 65" LG C6P that still works great. I got the itch to upgrade. I got the 77" G3 for $3499 a few days ago. Its a huge upgrade! I want the A95L but eh... for me that $1600+ hurts. I'm fighting with myself about exchanging it for the Sony.

The G3 is great. The value electronics shootout…the G3, A95L and the S95C were so close. 4.65 out of 5 or 4.40 your splitting hairs. Enjoy it and don’t look back. Next year there will be new slightly better OLED’s. I got the 77A95L only because I don’t like the silver bezel on the G3. Had it been flat black like my 77GX I would have got the G3. The Sony has so many bugs right now too

You made a good choice I came from an LG 77 C9, which to me looked beautiful. I actually like the picture better than the Sony A90J that I had in the bedroom I still use Sony in the bedroom the A90K.

I don’t have the money for this TV but I was wondering if s95c or s90c would be a good alternative if I’m using Apple TV 4K for streaming. If Sony runs off of Apple TV 4K, Samsung runs off atv 4K, they are the same panel, wouldnt picture quality be the same? If you remove Sony processing and outsource it to Apple TV, the results should be very close?

This tv is definitely worth the hype usually it takes me weeks to get to a picture setting on my tv that I really like. I watch some content and it just doesn’t look good for other content. Everything looks good on this tv with minimal tweaks Sony out did themselves with this one there is no competition this year period honestly don’t know how an a95m will look better.

My boy Whisper Status got himself a 83 inch SONY A80L. I watched his vid this morning and from what I can determine it is a awesome WOLED tv. He explained that it has the build quality of the A90J from a couple of years ago and the heatsink as well. I guess they consider it a Master Series. I just thought I would add this to the chat I know you might not care what other RUclips guys purchase. I was really surprised that he likes the gaming features because gaming is his thing.
I very recently got the Sony A95L and honestly i have no complaints about it i had bought the 65 inch and its the perfect TV for me although i gotta ask, How do i cast my pc's screen to it and my Samsung S21 Ultra's Screen to it? their both on the same network and the TV dosnt appear on either of them.
Screen mirroring? I know the tv has the chrome cast built in, but honestly I have zero idea how one would do such a thing.

Well said! New to watching you. Quantum is a joke. Doesn’t like the red in the dress but has no idea if that’s the color it is supposed to be. I guess he knows more than the Sony engineers lol. I just sold my 77GX and bought the 77A95L because MLA Oled/QD-Oled had finally made an upgrade worthwhile. The Sony is better in every way but it is so buggy right now. Nice to see Sony providing updates to slowly fix the issues. Will be interesting to see if blue Pholed makes an appearance at CES this year and if brightness will increase another 25%.
You're right. I saw his last video on A95L and I can assure you that he straight up lied and deceived. He tried playing inbuilt video from the demo app, but he instead played video's from Samsung and TCL.
Ha! Caught that. Yeah when you put the Sony in Demo mode it pretty much cranks it to vivid, you have to know the login credentials for their server to enable their demo content from the retailer you want it to play from.
He ended up going with a flash drive or something compared of the sort to play the content:
The premises of those reviews are to speak about out of the box vivid, then to see how other presets look, all it comes down to is their settings versus his.
As I grow in this space this is where I become critical to the work that others do, while it’s the same review methods he does use with other TV panels, it’s more so like he’s reviewing a canvas for him to sell his painting for via Membership.

Quantum heavily favors overly saturated colors and soap opera effect. So take his reviews with a huge grain of salt.

Some people just don’t like Sony and will discredit them however they can or find a issue wherever they can. They aren’t for the people or the truth. Just an agenda bc of personal feelings or whatever they can justify in their heads. Ratings also is only a decent reference for upscaling capabilities and an okay review for basic tech facts and info. Other than that… the reviews are wrong, some are advertised/promoted, they only test in SDR , not HDR and the info on the sight is very inconsistent if someone takes the time to actually break down the data categories info. The should only be really used to talk about upscaling capabilities and basic tech specs. Other than that. They have no true accuracy to their claims, ratings and promoted biases with tv judgements. There is no reason why an A95L is only 0.2 better than a C3 or 0.1 better than a G3 when the TVs don’t even share the same space of PQ potential, color range, nor processing ability. That’s unrealistic especially considering in the shootout the A95L beat every tv by almost a whole point or more on the rating scale. Something is sku’d and not right with how they rate and review things for sure. I hope they go back to the drawing board and give people more, factual, and accurate info for reviewing TVs over the next few years. They finally redid the upscale testing and got better at that but they got a long way to go for the rest to actually be working looking at and not as off course and sku’d as much as the info there is.

I’ve never utilized them for a source of buying but I must admit, for the general consumer to have some data base where they might be able to look back let’s say 5 or so years ago to see how their tv rated vs the new that they are considering is amazing and I believe is apart of why that company has two legs to stand on. What they offer is unique. Not as to say there is no opportunity for development though.
Honestly two HDMI 2.1 ports is really a nonissue. I myself run everything through my Denon X4800H so I only need one 2.1 port. I run both PS5 & Series X and it’s flawless, no additional lag or anything. If people have a newer AVR that supports these features then it’s a no brainer. Great video as always

i just can't get over the sony tax for what you are actually getting and/or not getting with this TV. I think a lot of people feel like this and it's probably one of the reasons why you can still buy a brand new A90J, it's that Sony tax. Excluding the TV enthusiast I think most people are not going to run out and get this TV.
