  • The Luberon Regional Nature Park hosts the highest concentration of hill towns in Provence. It is a region with an exceptional natural heritage, which has earned it the status of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Global Geopark. With few cars on the road, this is the ideal place for cycling. In this stage, you will visit hill towns such as Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, and Saignon. You will ride through vineyards, fruit plantations, olive groves, and forests. You pass through the little village of Buoux and ride up to a beautiful plateau called Plateau des Claparèdes. This plateau is used to grow lavender. A nice long descent takes you to Apt through Saignon. The ride ends at the foot of Villars, a small but charming village on the top of a small hill. This ride is ideal for the beginner and the intermediate rider, and everybody who loves rolling hills and beautiful scenery.
Take your indoor cycling to the next level with our indoor cycling app Open Road:
Dive into an immersive indoor cycling experience with our training app ’Open Road’ for Windows. The app lets you ride the ride for real and provides a better and more realistic indoor cycling experience compared to our ride-along videos on RUclips. The app is compatible with all ANT+ cycling devices, including smart trainers, power meters, and speed sensors. Athletes with spinning and exercise bikes without ANT+ compatibility can control the speed manually and enjoy riding with all the important cycling data displayed during the training session.

    Just add music:
Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is outstanding. But with music, opinions are very mixed. So we have added no music. Instead, we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute RUclips and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, RUclips, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride...

Thank you thank you for putting up this video WITH ACTUAL SOUNDS! These are the ones I watch for, and I was so happy to see this one. Beautiful ride, and I can hear it too! If people don't like the sounds, it's simple, they can mute it. This way it pleases those who want sound and those who don't. Win-Win! Thanks again.

Seriously? Emissions? Tell us, do you heat your home or use air conditioning? Yet you're going to use this opportunity to virtue signal? Wow.

I don't understand how people come here to watch a cycling video and complain about the sounds of the cycling, in the video. Gears changing, breathing & especially the sound of rubber meeting the raod are as natural as anything. To those who are complaining about the sound, do you walk along the beach and complain about the waves rolling in from the ocean? How about a bird in the forest?

@@BiketheWorld I am so glad I'm not alone in my love for the natural sounds! I'd also love to know more details about the bikes and the riders - I spent an hour fast forwarding and rewinding a video, to find the exact moment when the bike was reflected in a roadside mirror, just to be able to see the actual set up of the bike and camera.
