daves brother was sentenced under the uk's joint enterprise law, not from uk so im not certain but pretty sure that it makes everyone planning or present at the crime possible to sentence, his brother had the knifes in his bag which his friends gave to him, So he didnt kill anyone but was sentenced under joint enterprise law to murder, pretty sure his friend got a long bird (jail sentence) aswell like 10/15 years just for planning it even though he never showed
