Yes it is. There are also transgender categories that have been created so they are not banned from competing, just can't compete against women.
Guess what? No takers for this option. If you were committed to sport, you would continue in whatever capacity is available. However, from what I have read, no one has signed up to compete in this category, be it cycling or whatever.
I worry especially in contact sports that women will end up seriously hurt. Testosterone blockers and having your penis removed doesn't diminish muscle mass, bone density, lung capacity, reaction times, force of a blow or punch. There is still a massive advantage even if the sport has weight classifications.

I wanna become a top athlete and today I decided to transition to a top athlete. Please give me encouraging words this was not an easy decision to make. Tomorrow im gonna have plastic surgery to add muscles. Wish me luck!

Hi Enri, you need to watch interviews with British swimmer Sharron Davies, she is 61 now but is doing everything to fight for fairness in women's sport, there is a brilliant interview on RUclips with Jeremy Kyle, I think you will be impressed by her.
When people talk about this stuff without any actual qualifications in anatomy, medicine, sports science etc, they just tend to come off like an ass or bigot.

Although the medical condition of gender dysphoria exists, it is very, very rare. Certainly not in the numbers that the activists would have you believe.
If you were playing sports and had men changing and showering in your changing room, would you not feel awkward and uncomfortable as a minimum?
Then, seeing someone who is physically stronger, more aggressive, quicker speed, ability to punch with considerably more psi than you win something you trained hard for, or even worse, took a scholarship away from a woman, would you think that was OK?
If a man wants to live as a woman and identify as a woman, get on with it. Chromosomes cannot change, irrespective of surgery or drugs taken. You cannot change sex. That is scientific fact.
If they "just want to lead their lives peacefully", then just don't take part in competitions for things designated for females.

If you’re going to change your sex then there should be an automatic ban from competitive sports, don’t ruin the sport for everyone who trains hard and puts the effort in, he obviously has an advantage and always will.
It has already started happening in other sports. I just want to know what female teams have men in them so I can bet on them. I will make so much money.
