This is a very encouraging short videos about piggery in Dimapur ,we naga unemployed youth must take up this kind of project for self employment n self sufficient ,the government must provide financial assistance for starter n beginner .
@@theconqueror1010. No need to start big farm. Just rear 1/2 pig in your backyard and provide them with any free feed available in your area like bamboo shoots, colacasia, jungle banana plantains, yams, garden weeds. If they grow very slow also, not a problem because no spending in feed cost. If every house holds in our rural areas do this, no pig traders/companies from outside can compete with price
Clean and hygienic and I like the waste management which is flushed out of small holes along the floor plane and ends up in a gutter on the outside. But where does this gutter lead and how is this waste collected and later distributed? Maybe he talk about this but I do not understand Garo or Khasi. Oh, I think this is in Nagaland with another language?
#Please visit factory. I want to know how they make piglet’s food. I Want to start farming in the village. Because It’s not easy to feed three four pigs.
Thank you sir for bringing up this video it’s very helpful. The biggest piggery farming in Dimapur but 1 thing that I found so weird that is they don’t sells piglets lol. They don’t wanna share their breeds or ??
Bio security of the pig is the biggest issue. People other than the staffs should not be allowed access unnecessarily. Proper sanitation and PPE kit should be used
Piggery has been traditional practice of NE people so it come naturally to the people. Moreover pork consumption is highest in indian states. So huge employment avenue is there. Vocal for local.
some pork smell like shit when the male pig is not castrated, when they are not well fed, when they are in transportation they are stressed and during those time they also produced acids in their body that causes pork smelly...
The odour that you are concerned about is known as 'boar taint'. The smell is usually heavily concentrated on the areas behind the ears and neck. This odour has a significant role to excite certain neurochemicals during mating among the pigs. Some pigs are genetically predisposed to emit a stronger awful odour or a lesser intensity odour. However, in some pigs, boar taint is genetically recessive and hence you get no smell. So breeding pigs with no boar taint is desirable.

Applied but to no avail 🥺
This is a very expensive farm. If we don't have any other source of income than we can't manage their feeds.
