The video explores the Okefenokee Swamp, a 440,000-acre wetland straddling the Georgia-Florida line. It is part of the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge and Wilderness, considered one of the natural wonders of Georgia.
The swamp is home to threatened and endangered species, as well as a diverse range of wildlife, particularly known for its amphibian populations.
The video showcases the early morning atmosphere of the swamp, with alligators slowly waking up in the chilly weather.
Visitors can experience the unique black water channel of the swamp, known for its clear yet stained appearance, and have the opportunity to see alligators up close on a boat tour.

That's such a beautiful park, so much nature and beauty! That water does look like sweet tea lol. Amazing how big to think the swamp is when she put it into perspective as far a acres. So cool you saw some alligators and even some otters! Great swamp tour, thanks for sharing 🙂

I know I would rather drink sweet tea than this water! Lol. The otters were a surprise- a family of five crossed so close off the boardwalk.

This looks like such a great place to explore with all those boardwalk trails. Also great that you can go on a boat tour too. Really neat to see the alligators

Yes the skeleton was very interesting! That was one of their largest male gators until he died.

The music overtakes the voice. It looks well photographed, but hard to hear.
