You know... it's weird. It's the opposite of what people tell you happens: The more time passes after watching Ace die, the more it makes me sad. My stomache seriously hurts a bit everytime I see him or especially this desperate fight for him.
And he isn't even a real person... it's a manga, an anime... why can such a thing actually hurt?!

Garp even let Luffy punch him and pass. Even when he knew he is hurting his pride as a Marine and insulting his job. This is why i like Garp so much. He was a helpless Grandpa and a responsible marine at the same time .
