I just subscribed to your channel today and I also just had some saint Augustine installed under a dogwood tree as my centipede grass will not grow under the tree wish me luck..love your channel.
Whaaaaat?? ALL the questions! Keep us updated on how it goes with Zillow. Dang I wish you were around for us to pick your brain lol Good luck with the move!
Have you ever used epsom salt with milorganite?o have seen some videos and it seems to help with the yellowing. Slowly it’s getting better. My next step is to thrown down epsom salt and milorganite and use revive right after. What do you think of my plan? Would you do something different?
@@joem.392 I think that’s a great plan and yes I have used epsom salt and it can help for sure. I actually did use it about a month ago and almost made a video on it but decided not to because I could not verify that it made enough of a difference, but I also have heard a lot of people say it helped them and it did not harm my grass at all. Regardless, I do think that is a good plan and there are so many different reasons why your grass can turn yellow that I think using that is a good idea just in case.
I will probably make a video explaining all of it but it will be about $110k; I will be able to give more specifics after closing. For me, that was enough money for me to gladly move and rent for a while (really since my rent is going to be the same as my mortgage, just smaller house).
Do you really think Zillow offered you more than you would have received selling the conventional way? This doesn't add up to me, do you think they are doing anything other than simply flipping it? If they didn't think they could make a profit right away, they wouldn't buy it. I'll look at you other videos but unfortunately doubt I'll find an honest breakdown. What's the address, I'd love to see how quickly zillow flipped it and how much more they got.
Excited to see the new lawn transform!
Thank you for watching! I am glad you will be around for the ride!

Bold move. I’d be curious to know what your margin was if you’d be kind to share. Best wishes brother, grow that grass!
