I have this stand and it is super super cool.. No negative points for me. It does the job in different way but does job perfectly and firmly with various possibilities. It is creative new out of box thinking. It is stylish professional product.
This really looks like a solution in search of a problem. I’d like to see them take feedback from you and see what the next iteration of this looks like.
I do think a high quality and sturdy compact stand would be great to have, and this is like 90% of the way there. I definitely would really like a product that is this high quality with a little bit more solid desk and a little more compact, which really might difficult to get both of those.
@@QuickStartClarinet They’ll get it if they keep trying and taking user feedback into consideration. The question is can they do it in a price point people will pay.
I really don't mind taking my collapsible Manhasset stand to gigs and practice, even though it's not remotely compact. I feel a solid desk is more important to me. The stand in this video doesn't look like it's for me.
Don't think this stand is for me. Like the portability, but stops there. A heavier music book no.. Would not trust a tablet on it, Appears too wobbly to use outside on a breezy day, Doesn't tip back far enough. Am I wrong on these on concerns? 🎸
I actually think it would do just fine with a heavier book and in the wind. I also use a tablet on it all the time. The tipping angle and price are definitely legitimate concerns though!
I just got an email from KraftGeek that the QSC discount code is now good for 15% off! Use this link or the code QSC at checkout!

I have also been enjoying using it quite a bit and it definitely gets the job done well in a nice high quality and compact form factor!

The solid desk is definitely nice to have!
If the phone clip were included, it might be worth the $80. I don't think it's worth the money for just the stand.
I do feel like that would be a pretty good price and bundle!
