If Mukesh Ambani had not had so much of wealth, he would not have dared to invest in Jio so much. Jio has sure revolutionised learning and I can say that I have learnt more from RUclips than from any other book in school. All thanks to capitalism. Problem is when capitalists try to monopolise market and charge infinite amounts. Only in a free market, where there is competition among companies can capitalism help. Hence, I feel regularied capitalism with proper taxations is the best way to conduct an economy.
You are correct as far as consumer perspective is concerned. But what about employees. These days companies are in cost cutting mode and trying to use automation to cut jobs.So govt must support self employment as well in addition to infinite support to capitalists. Moreover corporates just not produce best of products always.e.g No milk company in India exists whose samples were not found with traces of ura, soda etc.
I don't agree with the idea that laptop in hands of each child will do good to the society in terms of education etc. Becoz internet is filled up with both good and bad things and our wandering mind attracted towards bad exposure more easily. I am talking about normal children of society not child prodigy types. Yes competition definitely brings efficiency and peer pressure.
Hi Rajan, Great video and this is an interesting perspective. I have a couple of related questions - 1) To promote capitalism, should the Indian government move towards a small government model? and 2) For necessary industries like healthcare, wouldn't it be better to go with a 'Medicare for All' model proposed by Bernie Sanders to prevent private institutions from forming a cartel and charging exorbitant prices.
Hi Sandeep Small government is need of the hour at the moment indian government spends far too much of our gdp on govt employee salaries when their job is to serve us the public Indian govt also saves many failing public companies and their employees to the ill of the poor For example indian airlines bsnl post office are massively loss making yet receive bailouts constantly now whose money is all this it's our money that can be spent for the poor Second medicare for all is not a good model per se the model we have in India is good but it needs lot more investment i.e india needs to spend more on health and education by cutting down on bailouts and other wasteful spending Also remember they can subsidize health insurance cost for the poor so long as the poor pay something instead of making it completely free that creates huge accountability for the citizens availing the services

Asking the right questions is better than blaming.
@@krishnayogi We need to scale up primary health care. This will reduce burden on hospitals for tertiary care. More diagnostic centres in remote areas, incentivise doctors to take remote postings. But on broader level capitalism create many problems .. Biggest example is our country has 36 billionaires ... And most of the youth is playing pubge on mobile ...
Our country is not capitalist. It is a mixed economy. Though there is huge income inequality, that I agree. Youth playing pubg is not a problem. Playing games can also earn money. People don't have the mindset to create money out of their talent. They only want someone to provide them jobs. Mindset needs to change. Every talent can earn money. We need a business oriented mindset.

@Rajan Singh ,Sir-Could you please post your view on how to increase innovation in India ? Like why are we not producing people like Elon Musk ,Bill Gates ,Steve Jobs ,Larry Page .. here ??
Students in high schools and colleges should pursue projects (independently or thru curriculum) that they are passionate about - in this situation there is practically no risk to the student if the project fails (because he/she can present it as an innovative project on the CV) but a huge payout if the project succeeds. The companies started by most of these entrepreneurs were college projects that made it big. Apart from individual drive, the college education in the US encourages innovation and learning your point of view thru articles/project submissions (rather than mugging up textbooks), flexibility in choosing/changing your electives (rather than a rigid curriculum), better infrastructure, etc.
Yes sir capitalism hi samasyao ko khatam kar sakta lekin capitalistic logo ko power jyada diya jaye aur unko government kr bajaye public ke liye accountable bnaya jaye
Sir I'm satisfied with your view. But.. Sir through my point of view. Through capitalism - -- we see drastic level of difference in income enequlity , society enequlity and groups enequlity. We have good like- USA!

Affordable health Care for all is a SDG Goal. Target year is 2030. India is committed to it. e.g. AYUSHMAN Bharat. It was a move towards this only.
