Could one use that bag alone in 10deg F? Low heat setting all night?

I'd feel better if you asked if it was on high all night. Portable battery bank and a cigarette lighter adapter would be handy at those temps. 20 degrees would be ok. 10 might be a bit too low.

Ok, so on high, plugged into power station for 24hr use, would 10deg F be fine?

According to what Antarctica Gear has on the stuff sack, 23 degrees is the comfort zone and minimum would be 8-9 degrees. Personally, I'd be ok doing it with some extra clothing on.
