I’m one year into the business. Still afraid to create a website or ETSY. I do custom embroidery with one multi needle. But you are spot on with the promises made to myself.
What are you afraid of? You do realize no one is watching right. Are you afraid to let yourself down? You are letting yourself down by not trying. The truth is you have to fall to get it right. You can’t get it right the first time. You have to Learn what not to do so you know what to do. You can’t learn any of that being afraid.
@@adubbproductions Oh you are a motivational speaker also?? LOL! Thanks so much for the response and you again are speaking truth. I’m working on the website today!! 👍
This morning this popped up in my phone..." (Daily scripture) Hard work should be done with God in mind and not man. As we seek the favor of the Lord we must always commit ourselves first to God. When we put Jesus at the center, everything else comes together - and this includes our workplace activities." -CHUUCH❤

2:33 I would agree with that, marketing is not my thing. My sales have picked over over last 2 years but it could be better if I put myself out there more.
One thing we can do is, engage in more pop up shops. Another is give out free merch with your name in the tag portion. Actually, a lot of people are surprised to know that I do t-shirts, etc.
I’ve been getting some orders from friends B2B but truthfully I want to focus on social media to expand in the new year. I’ve been afraid of getting more business than I can actually handle with just one DTG machine and one 15 needle embroidery machine. One job at a time is not where the money is so I’ll be posting both for businesses a lot more and saving for new machines 🙌🏾
Mine isnt the work we have or havent put in - ours is the equipment itself - the Luminaris 200 white toner printer - it is junk - we are on our 3rd one and still havent made proper money from it - the first two printers were lemons and tech support could never figure them out - now our 3rd one is acting up and we have just about given up on it - right now waiting on tech support to get back with us about it - 3 days and nothing...
@sherriwilcox6916 100 percent right. That's a huge part but another prat is getting off social media and shaking hands and building relationships. So much business meeting people in person. It's just different in-person. Social is a huge part of it but it can't replace real life human interaction.
That’s where I lack I post on my impressive prints TikTok page and ig but still don’t get any major traction,I’m more of the creative side not too much on the engagement side

Question for you. I'm a government employee and I have some patches that I'd like to get sewn onto some backpacks. I already have the patches and I already have the backpacks. If I could FedEx ship the backpacks and patches to you, would it be possible for you to simply sew (or heat press) them onto the backpacks for me? I'd be able to pay via government purchase (credit) card. I can send this request to you through an email OR via your website if that's the most appropriate way for this kind of inquiry. Been following you for a while and I'd like to offer you a bit of business.

I was so on it from a simple heat press and some HTV and now I have a 15 needle embroidery machine and then just got so unmotivated
