Well designed buckets generally don't get mud stuck in them, especially ones this big. Trenching buckets on small machines are the worst for digging in mud, they always get gummed up it seems.
You've obviously never been to Western Maine guy...I run a brand new Hitachi 130-6 and I still refer to it as the "ol girl". BTW this is not a "brand new" Volvo - this is a 290. The new models are 300E models. He mentions it has a few thousand hours on it when they bought it. It was painted. His 220 is his newest machine - an E model.
If you've never visited our country or even us up here in Maine then you do not understand. There is no way for you to understand from afar. Calling me stupid for something you do not understand yourself is just plain ignorant my friend, I am sorry.
Stump 29 acres lol, that's going to be a monotonous job, at least you've got the machine that can give most of them a yank and they come out. You spent all day pushing the thumb buttons and getting no action lol
Man that thing is a beast! I can’t get over that bucket. Keep up the good work!
The man on the root rake is sure going to be busy. It's much easier to dig the trees out before they are cut.
This is nick when you gonna tent them windows keep up the good work.
Narrow bucket would make a world of difference
Thats raw power of the 290.Nice
Its very deceiving how wet it actually is until you turned around and showed us where you have already been
Glad you got the big work horse back, still can't get over the scratch and leaving the door open.
I run a 300 Komatsu all the time. It lifts itself and moves just fine. That one just has issues
A stumping we will go
Nick agin you can’t find good excavator work done like yours here in northeast Oklahoma.
Nice work! If you don't mind me asking, curious what it costs per acre to stump and how many acres can you do in a day? (Not hauled off)
That is an impressive machine!!
Like watching ur video s bro
please whats the best and fun to work loader or excavator or any other u recommend
Does the mud never stick In your bucket? I fight a bucket full of mud daily this time of year. I'm jealous of the clean bucket.

Very nice again Chris, digging stumps with the 290 Volvo excavator, you need to upgrade to a hydrolic thumb letsdig18.......👌😲💥😉
Didn't see the hydro thumb last vid..nice!!
Which excavator is your favorite to operate?

fred Wood Hitachi zaxis 300 LC
Did they have someone else clearing too ? In the last video

Is this the first letsdig18 video with with the door open? Raw dawg in the 290 🤣🤣
Nicholas Sturdivant LMAO "raw dogn it" 😂
Time for a hydraulic thumb for the ol girl! I'd pull my hair out with that manual lol

He called the machine ol Betsy in the dam video. Lol some people can't be pleased.
Tru Blu its a saying. Calm yourself. Pipe down in the peanut gallery
I think a hydraulic thumb on the 290 Volvo would be better for this machine just like the 160 and the 220
No aircond?
Come behind you with a rootarake boy have a field day!

With all the clearin and stumpin y'all do , do y'all not have one of the burn pit fan trailers
Hopefully this will quiet all the "where's the 290? / you should use the 290?" crowd!!
for real. or the conspiracy theorists!
letsdig18 preciate the reply - watching from Cameron, about an hour south of Raleigh!
nice, Ive worked there before!
Ah but wheres the 220? lol
You never see the 3 machines in the same place!
You must have gotten the same rain we had will it ever end
You need a decent root rake mate
No hydraulic thumb???? Come on!!!!
You should try putting some go pros on top of that machine and one on the bucket then edit it should be much better vlog , just my opinion
Just like playing Dentist lol
That's some good looking dirt. Seems like you're never very far from orange/red clay.
Slow but sure the 290 can do it .
You do not have a buket whit no teets
