5:27 thats really cool , i never heard of that tech before !
Overall , i like the idea and its only a specific place for business purpose , but 1 particular issue about wood that i myself noticed that when it gets really old , it can somewhat smell a little bit metalic and that is not good in some people. Wood captures the smell of people overtime it get exposed with air. Not too practical.
Also i want to add my little research that did examining most of horror haunted houses: the place is mostly made out of wood..... seeing ghosts , memories , something similar etc.... explanation goes on and on, bottom line is that is something (atleast prersonal and practical perspective) that is keep in mind for some specific people. I found it funny but at the same time its real:very real you can say , that type of weirdness you can't just ignore about what other effects wood furnitures can bring. Keywords : *metalic smell and wood* 👍

"Wood captures the smell of people overtime it get exposed with air. Not too practical." No it isn't. All wood, especially as a structural and exterior material, is treated and coated in various solvents, laquers and fire-retardant and weather-resistant sprays. None of the wood you see in construction is unimpregnated wood. These coatings need to be reapplied every few years. What you are smelling is dust and pollutants that have gotten stuck to the rough top coat. Every single material captures dust and particulates on its surface.
Ghosts aren't real lol. You know how many of them would be everywhere if they were? There have been a total of 117 Billion humans alive over the course of history.

Why to destroy so much forest in order to build this city.
You talking about saving environment and the same time destroying it with crazy pace.
It is gonna burned out very quickly.
    It is so stupid.
I would never live in these buildings.

Those forests were planted specifically for timber. They are monocultures not unlike the gigantic corporate farms that exist today. And these building produce far less carbon emissions which are even more importantly renewable. The sand we use for concrete is quickly running out to make a comparison.
"It is gonna burned out very quickly." So you literally didn't watch the video eh?
