This video is actually directed at management people... it says shit like "make sure you know how your associates behave normally, so you can distinguish normal behavior from unnatural, and determine that a union is being formed" and "you can't threaten associates against forming a union". This makes it far more scarier if you ask me. I thought at first this was for the regular workers, and somehow using them to spy on each other and make the management's job easier. They want to impose to possible future management the idea of "divide the workers issues, so that they can't become one and crush you" in a self-defense kinda way. And the entire thing is soo self aware it's uncanny.
EDIT: lmao they just said "spend time with workers regularly so that workers dont accuse you of spying on them when you do talk to them"

A society where our democracy is a sham rigged in the favor of those same billionaires. A society where people work their asses off on menial unfulfilling labor for not even enough to pay the bills, and a single injury can send a person into massive crippling debt. A society where when the banks make a stupid investment, we are forced to bail them out with our tax dollars, rather than just letting those banks collapse. And a society where a shit ton of corporations not only pay nothing in taxes to keep the country that birthed them alive, but get tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in tax refunds.
