Kangana has done a tremendous talented acting with a bold moves. Unlike the other top actresses who relied on top actors to pull in their status.
Kangana is truly superb even top male bollywood actors are used to play the same all love story but the great songs are sung by the unspoken playback singers
Arvind and Kangana did so much justice to the role of MGR snd Jsyalalitha.......however the envy of some bias medias are just pathetic.

I have seen the movie and its absolutely brilliant. There is a lot u r missing if not going for this one. U cant expect flying cars & twists in a real life biopic to keep u entertained. That will be sensationalised fake like we had in Sanju, Haseena Parker and to an extent Bhag Milkha Bhag also. This biopic r usually a collage of all the real life anecdotes from a woman's perspective conjoined to give a flow. This movie is the best and most realistic biopic produced in a long time.
The depiction of Jayalalitha from a naive teen, to a woman in love, to an aged woman retired from work and hating politics, to a passionate leader and finally to a ruthless matriarch in vengeance after facing public humiliation. this movie is a best coming of age portrayal in Bollywood ever
This was not an Honest Review... "Thalaivi" was a definite single watch movie with acceptable dubbing and good movie flow. Only part honest is first half was dragging and second half super-fast forwarded... that was a writing issue.
Also,.. movie could show how many months passed in second half..
Watch Web Series "Queen" starring Ramya Krishnan aka The Shivgami devi of Bahubali. It's way better than the movie
Just because they dont have an opinion that matches yours doesn't mean that they are not honest. I hated thalaivi, i found it wayy tooo overdramatic for my taste, no one talks like that in real life...but that doesn't mean i will call their review dishonest...

Guys just to clarify.. match forfeit nahi hua hai.. pehle ECB ne kaha forfeit hua.. but later they changed there statement
Also, BCCI ne series shuru hone se pehle kaha tha WTC aur series ke beech mein gap kam rakho.. jisse test ke liye reserved days rahe.. par ECB ka the 100 scheduled tha.. 2nd and 3test ke beech bhi 9 days ka gap was due to the 100 finals.. plus unhone softer bio bubbles banaye the.. itne kam restrictions ke people were coming to field.. also after that player like rohit and pujara said ke we have been in close contact with physio and we dont want to risk our families life(unn dono ki choti daughters hai) isiliye match nahi khel payenge.. there was an official statement made by indian players

Absolutely Loved the Film! Surely a Wonderful Watch with Powerful Performances! One of to most great things about this Film is that the Director Mr. Vijay Sir carries out the plot in a Sincere manner, no nonsense or needless masala moments, Pure plot following which is sure engaging and commendable. Kangana Mam like always nailed this role Powerfully! Truly Phenomenal and Breathtaking. Likewise the actor who played MJR sir, and everyone with whether small or big roles has done Great work. Songs were Nice to hear and didn't freeze the movie, editing is sure To the point and manages to make the movie stand out for what it has been made. And on the whole i must say the Cinematographer made the film a lot more Beautiful and pleasing! Enjoyed it watching with my mom, who usually sleeps if she didn't like the movie, but this time she didn't. A must watch. Full stars!

Both the actors did justice to the character.. Rajesh played the dulha with a lot of gravitas.
