Today me n my parents watched this in the morning and the movie turned out to be really good. Multilayered movie h and Dhanush just stole the show as usual. Mental health is a very sensitive topic and I really liked the fact that it’s been spun well with entertainment. 💚
I think Dhanus, Sara and Akshay all have done their part nicely (obviously dhanus is a performer) unexpectedly can't hold my tears seeing Rinku sulking with the revelation. The movie was a time vasool and we are happy because we got new songs to binge on from Rahman saab.
When Dhanushe's character starts crying despite being in the influence of LG gwwwwwaaaaddddddddd He made me cry like i've never been emotional before,, Dhanush yaar👌👌
I just watched Atrangi Re... I wouldn't say it's one of the best movies af all times but it's definitely worth watching and has a very unique storyline, I didn't expect the story to have such a twist And of course i just loved dhanush ❤❤❤
Things you Don't like: A R Rehman's music was not upto the mark. Don't compare Romeo (Ranjannaa) and a Doctor (Atrangi) , each one will celebrate every moment with their sensibility.

Music is excellent. A.R. Rehman’s Sir background music and vocals on Rait zara si are so touching. Expect little little (which a situational song) all songs are very very good.

Dhanush is the only thing good about this movie. Sara acted well but over acted in some scenes and did not look so pretty or beautiful that a man who is forced to Marry her falls in head over heels in just 2 days that too when she is in love with someone else. Somewhat similar situation as Tanu weds Manu. But there Kangana looks extremely beautiful and it is believable for madhavan 's character to fall in love with her and he is not there by compulsion. He actually goes to meet the girl for marriage. The storyline is somewhat similar to Guddi movie, it's just that an imaginary lover is in place of dharmendra. And the girl is not hallucinating. If there was not Dhanush, in this movie, there was nothing to see in this movie

It's just two days time and she dances and he admits he is in love and he is okay with her not loving him back . That leaves only the kind-of love one feels by getting smitten by looks. But Sara doesn't look the part. And as I wrote earlier, kangana in Tanu weds Manu definitely looked and acted the same kind of character and it was very convincing

It becomes hard to digest how he developed feeling for her out of nowhere in just few days. However, According to my observation , the first time dhanush see sara in the railway station escaping the goons , fighting them . He wanted to help her but could not as his friend stop him. Then when he saw her giving up and she just sit in the car, it is evident that dhanush felt pity for her and maybe little bit attached and attracted to her. Not because of her look but because of the pain or struggle he think she is going through. N I think after the marriage, that feeling gets stronger and he becomes attached to her rather than just feeling in love with her. It would be better though if little bit more focus was on how his feeling developed

It needs mad and blind love for a situation like this to look convincing that is what didn't get established and that's why Dhanush reactions, decisions and suffering don't make sense here. Even in Tanu weds Manu, the hero doesn't have to handle so much, and it is clearly established that he falls madly in love with kangana while she is not even in her senses. It's just an example that this movie lacks that strong reason so much that even Dhanush being fully committed to the role and trying his best, doesn't convince the audience. You rather feel sorry that he has put so much in it and still it's not leaving the impact it should
About the stupidity/cutipidity of the week: He promised her daughter that he'll give up alcohol consumption and buy her a phone from thr money he saved by not consuming alcohol. Such a nice gesture 😊😊💕💕
Chakachak song looks like copy of badi mushkil baba badi mushkil song.. from lajja movie 🙄 sara ali khan overacts hell lot of times.. bearable only coz of Dhanush.. movie could have been better with good execution.. good concept wasted.. not a single song u can remember after watching movie.. overhyped..

I didn't even like the trailer of this movie for obvious reasons like not so pro actress Sara Ali Khan , love angle between sara and Akshay despite the huge age gap between them which you CAN NOT ignore . The only and sole reason I am gonna watch this movie is Dhanush ❤️ . Excellent actor .

I feel so disappointed when Bollywood tries to improve, think out of the box and then arrives such disregarded conclusions 🥲. Movie is good .I saw this movie in Tamil dubbing. U will understand that the age difference after watching movie. U can watch this movie with family. Appreciate good movies then only you people will get good movies in Hindi .
@@AkAk-tz6zs Bro I have seen the movie, the plot that sara has a mental condition could be guessed easily if one had watched the trailer properly. The fact that she is going to have two love interest was also told in the trailer itself. The only thing that they kept was how Akshay related to sara and what happens to the love triangle. In sara's childhood scenes Akshay is tried to SHOWN young , how does he grows old later. This is unnecessary . I still believe that Akshay's part could be played by some other actor like Randeep Hooda. The story has some loopholes too. Sara Ali Khan falls short for the role. But yeah one can watch and enjoys it. I never said not to watch it. Dhanush has some crazy fan following in North India too.

Anand L Roy is one of the few directors in hindi cinema who make starkids like Sonam Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan bearable
