Watch Me Design A Fashion Collection is back! It was a struggle getting my creative juices flowing again after the summer from hell but bit by bit, I started going again! This video is a bit of stream of consciousness, part fever dream, but genuinely the most real fashion design process video I've ever made!

I really enjoyed seeing how a designer designs. I like how you talk us through what you are thinking about your prior sketches. You show us that creating is not a linear process.
I am glad that you picked this project back up!!!! I think as designers/creative people ideas and concepts cycle through pretty quickly and most of us, I think, get bored with our stuff rather quickly. I know I do, lol. But I keep a file in my folding cabinet labeled "dead designs" where I relegated all the once fabulous coulda been that never were.....because like you're doing here, I may one-day resurrect any or all of them, lol

Historical skirts from the 1800s to early 1900s have the BEST pockets. The historybounding community has this on lock.
Also, I only wear mens jeans because of the difference in pockets. It makes such a difference.

@@zoehongteaches Yes, they basically take the old school pocket bags from earlier centuries (basically drawstring pouches on a belt) and just sew them into the skirt, so because they still have the support of some kind of tape holding them up to the waist rather than just living in the side seams, they can be MASSIVE. I know more about historical fashion than modern but I'm sure there must be some kind of modern equivalent I've just never seen it done 🤔

I'm only half way through, but dang I'm glad you picked this back up. It's so interesting to hear your thought process on your work from several months ago. As a beginner, it sometimes feels like there's pressure to have one consistent vision/ aesthetic from the get go. It's cool to see the design evolution😊

i’m glad this series is back! so funny i was just binging all the season 2 videos from months ago and then you post this update! kind of hilarious i was skeptical about the outcomes of the previous collection and then you complete scrapped it🤣. i’m loving the maxi pants and breastplates. new/interesting but it does feel more wearable.

Haha lmao ty for this, it was so spontaneous and fun and i always feel like a crazy person, cause i also have these really crazy cucu person ideas for designs and then i feel like the crazieste person in the world and the way this made me feel so less alone is amazing, ur such an inspiration💘💓!Would it be ok to send u a few of my designs for u to give me ur honest opinion, even if sadly i'm in no position where i can pay u, i would love ur opinion, cause i've never had art/fashion classes or even taking arts/fashion, sadly studying law but thinking of following fashion, cause its my true passion, but sometime i just feel like i suck and my mom doesn't help me🥲🥰❤!Today was the first time i felt noticed, by my dad and sister i showed them a little sketchbook i have and they said that it is really good and i have fantastic stuff there, i was so happySorry for my bad english but i'm not a native speaker.
