I bought Rich Marotta's Lasso Card Trick (exact same trick) over 30 years ago. I presented it as a 'fast food' magic trick and used a McDonalds bag.

As a retired professional magician, I have always loved the cleverness of Tenyo magic, however that being said, I hate the fact that they put the name of the trick on everything they create. The card should not have the name of the trick on the bottom.

So now this pops up, i bought this twice and loved performing it but forget its in my hat and a simple headscratch I'd lose the gimmick. I just found a dusty plastic bag of the Empire Magic variation. I remember hearing it wast as good. And yea the Tenyo version is a bit less Sus. But the empire version has three effects in the instruction pamphlet. I bought it foe six bucks! Tenyos was 25-28$.

I’ve never bought a Tenyo product but saw the image of this on the shelf and immediately recognized as a great street routine, got turned off by the deck as well, good to know the deck is replacabale bicycles for life!
Unless I’m juggling than unicycles are better.

Use whatever forcing deck you like, or you could just force a card with a regular deck
